This was an effortless experience. I am a busy mom of 3. So, getting in, getting out midst the car buying process with minimal to no pressure was perfect for me. I am thrilled with the positivity of the team at Bergeys as they worked to get me into a vehicle that is exactly what I described. (exactly!) I appreciate Shane (my salesman) being prompt and thorough- he was relatively new to the Bergeys team, but he was sincere and helpful. The rest of the team was also very accommodating to me and my whole family during our visit. 5 stars from me!

Had a fantastic easy buying experience. Shane and the staff were great at answering questions and very low pressure. They also worked to give me the best deal possible on the XT5 I purchased. Would highly recommend!

Had terrible experience with replacing 4 tires and wheel alignment. Had scheduled appointment for 12/9, dropped my car off on 12/8. Did not receive a call on 12/9 that work was completed. Called service department got no answer, at 1340, this was on a Saturday. Had to find a ride to work on Monday. Received a call on Monday stating they were not aware my car was there. Asked service not to work on my car and I will pick it up. Made an appointment with another Cadillac dealer to replace 4 tires with wheel alignment. Three days after no call from anyone stating what really happened. Terrible customer service, will not be returning

Had a rear differential replaced there and service was great. I purchased an extended warranty on my own but did not cover the repair. General manager Brad worked with me and got the car fixed. Matt in the service dept was great and went above and beyond to help me in the process. Five starts all the way around. Thank you Bergy team.

Honestly I have had nothing but good experience with Bergey's. My sales rep was fantastic. I bought the Lyriq and it has had some problems but services has been all over it and communicating with me daily on updates. I am hearing nightmare stories with other dealerships with people dealing with the same issue.

I was charged $473 nothing was done, the lights are still on. Then I am told they will need the car for the day. I was there from 8:45 to 2:00pm.

Purchased a certified used 2019 CTS from Bergey's. The experience started off rocky when the certified used vehicle had a bubble in the outer sidewall of the tire, that fails state inspection in PA, but we all make mistakes so I pressed on.A clearly bent rim caused by the same impact that likely caused the bubble and it was like pulling teeth to get it rectified, but after unending persistence they agreed to straighten the bent rims.Shortly after purchasing a number of issues arose, so I brought back to have it serviced. A gentleman in sales said that he tested everything I complained about and it was functioning normally. I received the vehicle back and wouldn't you know it, all the same issues were there. A loud steering rack, no range on my key FOBs, and very hard shift from 1st into 2nd. (The last concern of which I was able to find a technical service bulletin pertaining to.) I was told by the sales manager that the 3.6 motor normally feels like that, which is incorrect as the viscosity of the transmission fluid is changed with the TSB with a transmission flush (unrelated to it being a 3.6 as it is a transmission error).I waited many months as I settled into my new home before trying service at Bergey's again; I figured it may have just been a rough time or short handed. This time I wasn't able to even get past the service desk when I called. The patronizing service advisor transferred me to a person to schedule an appointment but she didn't pick up.What a waste of time this dealership is and how incredibly incompetent. Puts the Cadillac brand to shame. I am now gladly driving much further out of my way to visit another Cadillac dealer that's able to resolve my concerns.AVOID this dealer at all costs!

I was disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment to test drive a car, and when I arrived the salesman was lounging at his desk on his phone, not at all prepared for us. It was pouring rain and the car was still parked in the lot, far from the entrance. No one moved it or had it ready. 3 of us huddled under his umbrella and walked to the car. I liked the car, but the salesman didn't seem to know anything about it. He was checking it out while I was driving it, and didn't tell me anything about any of its features. We got back to the dealership and despite his lack of knowledge, I was willing to talk about numbers. I had driven the same model for a week as a rental, so I knew I liked it. When I told him the interest rate I had received from my bank, he was shocked and doubted that it could be that good. He was surprised that my credit score was that high. It was insulting. When it came down to the numbers, the offer on my trade-in was just ok, so I decided to sleep on it. I gave him money to hold it and said I would let him know the next day. I had another test drive scheduled for the next day at a different dealership, with an identical car, same price and mileage. I let the salesman at Bergey's know about it and I asked if they could do any better on the numbers. He seemed to get mad about it and said there was no adjustment on the deal. While disappointed, I was still considering buying the car because I really liked it. However, the salesman at the other dealership was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the car, and gave me a better deal. So it was an easy decision at that point. If I had a different salesman at Bergey's, I probably would have bought the car that night.

Eric parts sales manager didn’t want to help us as we arrived at 4:20 pm and that they will close at 5 pm. I had several parts to order and don’t understand why they don’t want to sell their products. This is very rude and disappointing customer service from a big company like GM.

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. After a week of taking about a $55k car only to be delayed because the sales rep was on vacation. And slow to reply to my emails and calls , but we finally agreed to purchase was approved by their bank and agreed to $15k down. I get a call the day before delivery that they sold it to someone already and that car wasn’t available. Mind you they called me that morning to confirm I was coming and purchasing. And I agreed I would be there at 1 pm the next day. Will never recommend them or purchase anything from any of there dealerships again
