Post is regarding the teaching class for Cpap machine and mask at Aerocare/Healthcare Plus Office.Sheri Wells who works at the Rome, Ga. office is friendly and professional. She teaches you everything that you need to know. She makes sure you know how to contact her or the office. She answers questions thoroughly, and you can tell she cares about making sure you have the right equipment for you. She personally worked with me to help me decide which mask would work for me which wasn’t an easy decision. I did not feel rushed at all. Thanks for your personal attention Sheri Wells.

My Oxygen generator was erroring out. Called them and they were going to send someone that same afternoon to swap it. Had a Dr. appt so asked if they would come the next day. They did and the gentleman who arrived was very professional. They are a great company.
