Since we retired my wife decided she wanted a new bedroom suite so we looked around and stopped at Douds in Plumville. They had exactly what we were looking for in a brand called Mavin. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and we ordered a bedroom suite, over the weekend we decided to make some changes and even though the furniture had to be made it was no problem since initially there was a 6 month build time. We went back and ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms and they held off since we were going to paint and redo the bathroom. When we finished they had the carpet and to our surprise, the furniture, 3 months ahead of schedule. They came Monday and laid the carpet and on Tuesday delivered the furniture. I cannot express how professional Bart and his staff were during this process. From the shopping to the carpet installers to the delivery men, clean, courteous and very professional and trustworthy. The weekend before delivery we decided to order a new mattress from them and I can't wait for it to come. The Mavin furniture is perfect. I always thought Douds was out of my price range but it was very affordable and I can't state enough the service was second to none. I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Our furniture purchase was awesome from start to finish. We purchased a special order leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner in December 2020 and were told to expect delivery sometime in March 2021. When it was delivered last week, it was all that we hoped for... beautiful and on so comfy. Thanks?

Just got new loveseats for my family room, they are absolutely beautiful. Donna in the Greensburg store helped me pick a beautiful fabric for couches and pillows! I am very pleased! Sherrill makes a quality product!

Douds of Plumville is a dream come true! It's a one stop shop for all your needs when it comes to your home. They have not only the highest quality furniture in the area but thousands of different selections, really something for everyone. From furniture to area rugs, hardwood flooring to kitchens, they do it all and are amazing!

Through 3 different transactions with Douds and 3 different complaints, I have never received any resolution. Done...I do not recommend Douds as a reputable furniture store. So sorry to have to give negative remarks.

I definitely recommend Douds! Large showroom with quality furnishings, excellent delivery service. Lori and Heather are always willing to go above and beyond for customer service...great staff! From carpeting to window treatments to furniture, I love our selections!
