There systems aren’t working so we were asked to reschedule appointment … they are still in the 80’s with some of their processes requiring a bank visit which requires revisits. Complete waste of time. If you make an appointment here do call and check if their systems are working instead of visiting them

Nothing like waiting over an hour to speak to a representative. Asked the cashier if I could use the restroom and was told no. Asked the rep how much longer before he could see me and was not given an estimate but instead suggested I go to another branch.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 2 decades and because of the so called “manager” Mark and his lack of customer service and lack of care he has shown I am closing all my accounts.

Great bank! One of the bankers, Jacob German, was very professional and helped me immediately. I was having some trouble with my account, and he fixed everything for me in a timely matter. Great attitude! I will definitely be using this location from now on.
