As a patient for over 40 years, I have seen almost every medical professional at PFP, and each and every one has always been thorough, friendly, helpful and respectful. Tiffany Rider-Gibson, PAC, who I just saw for my physical, was wonderful! She was cordial, warm, caring, and extremely thorough, explaining test results in a manner I could actually understand. A true asset to the PFP family!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the services provided at Plumsteadville Family Practice in Bucks County, PA. My nurse practitioner, Karen Anderson, was responsible for refilling my prescription, which was delayed for an extended period of time. This delay caused significant harm to my health and well-being as I was going through SNRI withdrawal while also experiencing homelessness.
Despite my repeated requests for a refill, Nurse Practitioner Karen Anderson took an unreasonable amount of time to address my prescription needs, leading to unnecessary suffering and potential health risks. Additionally, the receptionists at Plumsteadville Family Practice, Christina and Nicole, failed to provide adequate assistance and were not attentive to my urgent medication needs.
I am deeply disappointed by the level of care and attention I received at Plumsteadville Family Practice, and I believe that the actions of Nurse Practitioner Karen Anderson, as well as the receptionists Christina and Nicole, were negligent and unprofessional. Such conduct is unacceptable and has had a detrimental impact on my health and overall well-being.

I have gone here my whole life, as a baby and now an adult with my own kids. I have seen several doctors on staff for different appointments and occasions and I trust and appreciate all of them. Our family sees Brittney the most for our kids well checks and I appreciate her teamwork with me as a mom so we can make decisions that are good for my family. There are always appointments available for my schedule and I get timely call backs when I have questions after hours about my kids.

We have been at this practice for almost 30 years and are very satisfied and happy with our level of care. I have seen several doctors as has my husband and both of my children and we are all thankful for Plumsteadville family practice.

Read for whole AVOID AT ALL COST: My therapist herself said this is some of the most abysmal, unethical care she’s ever seen from a practice. People have been telling me to run for a year now but I held on hope because I thought I had a good relationship with the PA… First of all, they ONLY care about money. No seriously, they’ll drop you from the practice for a less than $100 bill that you ARE MAKING PAYMENTS TOWARDS. First of all, it’s 2024, times are tough. This isn’t a gym membership. Dropping a patient for a bill they’re making payments towards and haven’t received a single notice for in SIX MONTHS is just disgusting and a simple google search shows it’s highly unethical. I have been seeking help for DEBILITATING chronic symptoms that have taken me out of work, kept me disabled as a 31 yr old mother. They have been ZERO help, refused to do any clinical testing that could point me in the right direction, even after I showed them what is needed, and explained that every specialist they send me to says this is something my primary should help me with. It’s been years and $1000s wasted with no answers. Now, I am going through new treatment for one of my conditions that results in severe suicidal thoughts. So per instruction of my therapist, i asked to have my anxiety meds increased while I go through this treatment, and they flat out said no. Just based on what is “normal” when these are not normal circumstances. This is just dangerous at this point. I’m doing everything I can to manage and handle my care, and this practice has done nothing but make it harder, with roadblock after roadblock. It seems they’re more for keeping you from finding answers so they can keep collecting those copays. I mean, SHOW ME IM WRONG. Because they’ve been quicker to throw me from the practice for an unpaid telehealth appt than to actually look into the condition I’m seeking testing for - which they still have yet and refuse to do. You’re primary is supposed to work WITH you and HELP you through your conditions. But this place puts you in a black and white box and refuses to see you as an individual who is going through very unique medical situation. I’ve been alone in terms of primary care for two years now and in terms of the ethical practices, dropping from patient care, lack of medical guidance, help, testing, or validation… this place should be avoided at all costs.
Ps. If you just want SSRIs thrown at you as the only treatment option for any medical condition, then this is your place!

Leave this practice as soon as possible ! My husband went there complaining of pain in his arm and going into his chest. Ask for an EKG, the Dr. said no and said he pulled a muscle. Go home and take udiprofrin. Next day he was admitted to the hospital and underwent heart surgery. The heart surgeon said he had had a heart attack the day before and had one on the next day when he was admitted to the hospital. Why can't Dr.'s now listen to their pactions?

Husband and I have been going here for more than 20 years. I would say that the updates over the past year or so with a new desk staff has made the visit and phone calls much more pleasant. All of the techs, Docs and PAs are very helpful in my experience. Sometimes I am able to get in on the same day. The on line portal is helpful for sending messages.

been a patient for 35 years. 2 times they sent me directly to the hospital and said they bill me for the co pay $80. and sent the bill to an old adress. and apparently they dismissed me as a patient over this $80. 35 years, my entire family uses this dr and they would cancel me over $80. which I was going to pay until they told me I was dismissed as a patient. they haven't been the same for years. steer clear. $80 is more important to them then patient loyalty.

Been a patient for about a year and a half and have no complaints. Both my kids are patients as well, my 4 year since she was 3 and my 2 year old since he was born. There have been a few times I’ve had to wait, but it happens.
