Lived here for two years now and this is my first place after moving from my parents house. I absolutely love it. Also being a minority I don’t feel any weirdness or odd feeling i’m very at peace and feel super safe. They haven’t raised rent on me yet despite the whole inflation nonsense going on and anytime I need maintenance which is hardly ever they are very responsive and helpful. The front desk ladies are super sweet and literally made everything so smooth and easy to understand. Neighbors are sweet and community is quiet . Management doesn’t hover and the only thing I would change is if for them to adapt an online system for paying. I use Bill Pay through my bank to make it easier on me so I don’t have to drop a physical check off every month. Otherwise,to me, I highly recommend.

Rent goes up every renewal…in 4 years my rent went from 675 to 800 same apartment…#moneyhungy

SK really needs to implement a parking and fine policy. We all deserve one guaranteed spot infront of our townhomes and the people who pay for garage parking as part of their lease need to be fined when they park in the lots instead. This would a very easy money-maker for the company and save us all a lot of time and frustration. There's not a ton of space as it in some of these areas, but the garages need to be enforced at the very least. Additional suggestion: just take a list of license plates once a week, any cars that aren't on file after a week get towed, no warning, no questions. Start laying down the hammer on people, please.

They don’t respond to maintenance requests. Can’t get the outlets fixed, bugs coming in. Shelves broken. Poor maintenance

I love my beautiful townhome! My neighbors are all friendly and the community is quiet. I am coming up on my 1st year. Any of my requests were attended to immediately, if not the next business day. All I can say is if you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and safe place to live check out SK Management properties.

Lived in one of their townhouses for 16 yrs...Whenever I had an issue, it was taken care of within 24 hours - unless it was an emergency like once with my furnace and they had someone there within an hour, in February, on a weekend at 9:15 pm.
