If It's Automotive treats each vehicle he works on as if it's his own. Impressive attention to details, thorough, knowledgable, and honest. He is a true mechanic when it comes to diagnosing and understanding the issue, not just punching stuff into a computer. I've worked in a garage and seen many of the hack jobs out there, and that is why If It's is one of only a very few shops that I will trust with my family's vehicles.
