“We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. She was sooo nice and we ended up not going back to TOMF and just picking a mattress here because the customer service blew the other place away. Thanks again Symone!”
“I was having issues with my mattress and having debilitating back pain because of it. Thanks to Damien, I was able to get a full understanding of the different kinds of mattresses that were beneficial to my problem and overall body health and found the one mattress that I was so shocked it felt like the best thing for my sleep in years. I don’t think a mattress has ever felt so aligning for me and I’m really grateful to Damien for helping me figure this out so I can feel better again. “This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I don’t need a new bed my bed is two years old. So I went into the store and came out with a new bed one that will support my whole body. The sales person was OUTSTANDING couldn’t ask for a better customer service. She did her job well. “Found an item I was looking for my granddaughter through google and was directed to Molly Singer Home. What a great shop, I found several other cute items for both girls through their website. I ordered online since I live out of state and was offered free shipping since my order was over $99. It was carefully packed, great communication with Nate, and arrived in perfect condition. “Well, this is a three floor structure of lots of things...packed into every available amount of thin walking lanes possible. Went there on a sunny day to allow for easy sunshine on the way in and the way out...it is a windowless tour once inside. Cudos to the workers and their ability to stay happy, engaging, and frugal. Seek and you might find something you like in this store or outside the store.”
“This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. We had gone to a furniture store close by and the guy followed us around and it was hard to discuss what we wanted because every time we started discussing it we’d turn around and there was a salesman watching with everything as if he was using binoculars to watch us. “Had a wonderful experience at Harmer Target today. I was picking up my online order and had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees. Chandler at the Service was efficient and kind to a customer in front of me who didn’t have the proper receipt for her return. I have been in the same situation and understand her predicament. He was able to do the return with the card she made the her purchase. Caitlyn brought me my frozen products and patiently answered all my questions, even double checking for me. This is an example of two outstanding employees that my my trip to Target a wonderful experience.”

From the moment I walked in, Marcel provided exceptional assistance, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found exactly what I needed within my budget.Marcel's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire transaction. He patiently answered all my questions, provided valuable insights, and made the purchasing experience smooth and hassle-free. I left the store feeling confident in my choices and satisfied with the level of service I received.However, upon receiving the washer and dryer, I encountered an issue with the dryer not functioning properly. While this was undoubtedly disappointing, I understand that such issues can sometimes occur despite the best efforts of the salesperson. “I ordered a bedroom set from Speedy Furniture Lower Burrell. While I was in the store the staff was extremely helpful. They walked me through all my options and took the time to answer all of my questions. My furniture came in “speedy” time and was delivered but two pleasant gentlemen. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and well made. The one dresser did have a weird spot of paint on the front. I contacted the store and they immediately ordered me a new dresser but continued to let me use the one I initially had until my new one came in. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Speedy Furniture Lower Burrell!”
“Oh, boy, the AtHome store, where do I begin? This place is awesome! Have I made a single purchase? No. But I do I like being there? YES. I pitched the idea of going there on a whim while hanging out with some buddies; best choice ever. The AtHome store always provides a place of comfort and a place of security for me and the fellas to hang out. On a real note though, the products are all super high quality, especially the furniture. I could sit in those couches for years. Another side note, the restrooms are very nice; I wasn't expecting a homey restroom but I was shocked when I entered (see image). Overall, a good store, might make some purchases whenever I make some cash, thank you, AtHome.”

“The delivery drivers were awesome! There was a major issue with fitting the washer down my basement steps but they were super nice about it and they eventually got it through the cellar door.
