This location is horrible. Its staff is not helpful, and couldn't care less whether you are a customer or not, even after you've been a customer for decades. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. That's what I am in the process of doing after being their customer for over 30 years.

This bank is horrible. I have banks with citizens for over 10 years and their customer service gets worse and worse. The plum location is always under staffed and it takes forever to do a transaction. I have to consider taking my accounts somewhere else.

Michael Nye is the best. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is empathetic and so very helpful. He really helped me set up for my future career. I couldn't have been more pleased with my appointment. Happy to be with Citizens!

They deserve a 10 star rating! I was having major issues and Dan, one of their Customer Representatives, was so sweet, understanding, went out of his way and fixed everything immediately for me. He does an amazing job helping the customers and seems to really enjoy doing so.
