They advertised this place on Airbnb as being secluded which is a blatant lie. There are many cottages in very close proximity to each other, so close in fact that you can literally hear someone sneeze next door.
The cottages are decently maintained but the bedroom is extremely tiny - literally the size of the bed - and the "2nd bedroom" is just a bunkbed in a little nook divided by a curtain.
Another thing, the rule book puts almost the entire cleaning responsibility on the renter despite including a very hefty cleaning fee in the Airbnb price. Plus, they don't provide the minimal customary staple items like coffee for the machine, there's a fee for each additional garbage bag etc.
Having rented many places before I've seen plenty hosts misrepresent their properties and some pretty peculiar rules but here we were mostly disappointed with the fact that this wasn't secluded as advertised.
Rooms: Bedrooms are extremely tiny - literally a few inches bigger than the bed.
Food & drinks: None provided
Noteworthy details: Cottages are not secluded and not very private.

It was the best experience for me and my friends! We never thought we would enjoy this kind of serene place that helps us escape all the stress that we had in the city. Such a wonderful place and will make sure to come back again!

Fall Festival was non-existent. Don’t waste your time traveling to this. Two vendors and a tiny pumpkin patch.

Went to the Pumpkin Festival? A nearly empty barn with someone selling honey, coffee mugs and a guy at a table with a Jobs Corp banner. I felt we were being punked. I want reimbursed for my wasted gas.

A beautiful property to spend vacations at anytime of the year.Rooms: Rooms are cozy, warm and clean. They are well-maintained and came with modern appliances.Safety: The whole property is gated. Definitely safe to walk around for a leisurely stroll or a jog.Noteworthy details: They are pet-friendly so there's acres of space for your dogs to run and play at!

the staff and assistance provided at Equestrian house was unparalleled. David and Kim went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and attended to any question or need I had! The cabin is lovely and the property as well, though the suites and cottages could use some trees or warmth on the property. They are perfectly equipped for a place to lay your head, so if that is what you need, this is perfect!! We were looking for a family reunion place and this just fell short, but again, great location, great people, clean and comfortable, but not what I was looking for.

Very welcoming and hard working family business. Beautiful location. Great for a relaxing quiet getaway from the citys hustle and bustle. Not pretentious at all

The Honey and Blueberry festival was a waste of time and a waste of money. There's only a small handful of vendors, no blueberries, and a lot of honey. They promote the blueberries so much that there's none on the bushes. Sure you can't expect climate change, weather, or animals, but why promote it so much if you don't have anything?Don't waste your time or energy going. And don't tell your customers not to post reviews if it's bad. If it's bad - it's bad.

Went for the Honey & Blueberry festival. Absolutely no blueberries for picking, yet they still continue to advertise unlimited blueberries for picking for the subsequent festival days. We were charged $15 for the tour/ picking and we were not told about there being no blueberries until after we paid. Clean, nice establishment but honesty & transparency are key, so I won’t be returning.

Went for the honey and blueberry festival. Not enough wild blueberries to pick but the tour and education about the life of honeybees and how honey is made and processed was fascinating. Roger was a great tour guide.
