“I took my car here for the first time ever and I’ve been going to Pitt since 2021. I needed an inspection on my Hyundai, plus my front left tire needed patching. I dropped my car off at 9am and got it back around 4pm. There was a 93 bus stop there so it was easy to get back to Oakland and to Homer’s. In one of the reviews I read it said to not expect a concierge service and that this is Greenfield haha. I second this, because after I paid they told me my car was in the Giant Eagle parking lot across the street lol. Not a big deal, I thought that was funny though. Also I appreciated that they topped off my fluids without even having to ask. They are definitely focused on customer loyalty and satisfaction which I really like. I highly recommend this place to people who know nothing about cars, or can’t do it themselves. I will remember this place for future oil changes and other maintenance!”

They only address the problem and don't go looking for other issues to try and take advantage. If there's an issue or concern, they follow up first and ask if you want it fixed. They even offer to have you bring it back at a later date. They specialize in foreign vehicles and will have your car running in person condition. Call now!!”

I’ve taken four different vehicles there for different problems and every time the project has been done in a reasonable timeline with a fair price. Everything from electrical issues to your typical inspection needs - never had a bad experience at this shop.”

There was a huge issue with my struts and a tie rod that could have been really dangerous if it was overlooked again like it had been in the past by other shops. Jim explained everything to me in detail and was super friendly and kind. He got my car done in a more than timely manner and even came out to my car before I drove away a because he forgot to give me a couple tips about when I take it for an oil change.
