“I just got another car tinted (15% ceramic all around - 35% ceramic on the windshield). This has to be one of, if not the best shop I've been to when it comes to quality service and taking ownership of their products.
Mark was and has always been very professional and welcoming throughout every appointment I've had with them (I've had 5 cars tinted by Auto Addictions - all done perfectly every time).
They acknowledge and understand that sometimes the cars they're working on aren't just cars; they're peoples' pride and joy, so they take protective precautions prior to any service they perform, ensuring no harm is done to the vehicle.

“Great place - didn't know there was an AT&T store here in Squirrel Hill. Was really glad with their service - my parents are visiting Pittsburgh for a month (from Malaysia) and they were able to set him up with a new SIM card (on his phone from Malaysia) and it was instantly hooked up to the network and just simply added onto my pre-existing family plan. They also told me AT&T does internet and cable now - might have to compare prices between them and Xfinity. Ben and Shem were of great help - friendly, pleasant staff members!”

This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”

London enjoys learning in private and always brags of how fun the lessons are. London speaks highly of Tim and enjoys learning from someone so verse in guitar! Since starting the lesson London's skill level has increased drastically. She has made guitar ensamble each year and feels confident when playing. We were fortunate enough to be gifted the Rocky Sprenger Scholarship and look forward to continuing many more years of learning and mentorship at the Hollywood Music Studio.”

“I went into the Sharpsburg Metro store to get a new phone. I accidentally got the wrong phone (different model but very close). I went back a few times to see what could be done. I was pushed off a few times, but today they were perfect. I went in to switch the phone and the employee Lindsey Satterfield was there to help me. She was unsure of procedure so went out of her way to call the manager and resolve the issue for me instead of making me come back. She was able to get me the correct phone and do what she needed to to activate it properly. Took 15 minutes max for the swap. During that time Lindsey was very friendly and tried to help me make the time go by. I wish all my store interactions were so pleasant. Lindsey is definitely an asset to the store. Quite satisfied customer. I hope her higher ups read my review and give her props.”

Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”
