Worst friggin bank in the world,if I call citizens in caste village they answer within 2 rings, I called citizens in pleasant hills 4 times and let the phone 40 times each time and no answer, bunch of idiots work there

I’ve went twice the first time the dude at the counter was nice and helped but the next time I went it seems as though what the lady can do is very limited. I suggest everyone to wait for the dude tbh even if she’s free it’s def not worth it. If it wasn’t for the the dude this would be one star. The low reviews seem more reasonable now.

Wish I could give this branch location a negative number rating. Worst experience with customer service I have ever encountered. We are traveling from Florida and was on our way out of town to go back home. Stopped at their ATM on Saturday morning for the CONVENIENCE and received a bill from ATM that was torn in half. Luckily the bank was open so we ran in to get a replacement. Teller told us her manager was the only one who could address this issue; however her manager was busy. We waited 30 minutes for them to correct THEIR error, and finally had to just leave to get back on the road. So we now have a useless ten dollar bill and the bank excuse “that is our policy” for our troubles. Guess it is not “ their policy” to ensure intact bills are dispensed from their ATM. Would never recommend this branch and would strongly deter others.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I will be looking for a different company to do my banking with both business and personal! Thanks for NOTHING! I was told that I would be approved for a citizens bank business credit card for my company, only to have them hit my credit score and then deny me! FRAUDS!

Drive thru ignored in favor of lobby customers. No “we’ll be right with you”, certainly no apology offered for waiting for long outside and never being helped. I had hopedTo not have to enter the lobby due to being Covid positive, but I was happy to mask up and come inside:

Be carefull. Staff are rude. I closed a account there now they want to charge me fees and everything else yet my account was closed and zero balance. Says takes 2 months to fully close account. Stay far away. They will rob you

Snow removal team for the new and improved bank they have up there is awful. You should not have to step through snow to get to a bank. The bank staff inside is amazing and the lady's that work there are very very nice. Why would they not get rid of the snow in your parking lot even when they had a very nice remodel. Fort the snow out of there it's been 3 days

I ask them for half dollars over the phone to get 5rm from the federal reserve and they said yes but when I get up there they said that customers bring them in but they hardly ever order them so I ask if they can order them and they said the same thing. I have to find a different bank!
