Bowser Subaru is always on top of things. Always provide me with accurate information, making sure that I understand. The staff is always friendly and personable. And the waiting area is pleasant and clean with coffee, lots of space, and accommodations for electronics.
All in all it's 5 stars.

Service Advisor told me that my inspection would be free since I bought my car at the location, however I got charged for it. I drove an hour out of my way because they told me it would be free for the state inspection I also asked how much a tire rotation would be and it ended up being more than I was told. I was not communicated with about anything with my car. The advisor was also very rude to me upon arrival and seemed to tend to other customers better than I was. I noticed they changed my oil change sticker when I did not receive an oil change and when I called to ask about it I was sent to voicemail and never called back. Now my sticker is off and I don't know when to get my oil change. It also took double the time I was told it would and was provided no update in the meantime. I will never come back to this Subaru

They are always up front with costs before they fix any issues. Online appointment scheduling is easy and someone always confirms.

Mike and his team took the time to diagnose the engine issue on our son's 2020 Impress Sport. With some minor set backs and a few times back, the service team of Michelle (service advisor) and Joe (mechanic) were extremely helpful. Mike (service manager) stepped up and with multiple updates and great communications, our son is back on the road.

I was not there in person. An employee picked my car up and took it to be
inspected and have oil changed etc. Then he brought it back in the evening,
all clean both inside and outside. Tires were rotated and other maintenance done. Service was excellent.

This my wife & I's 2nd vehicle from Bowser (1st from the Subaru Store) Jeff was able to get us out of our Ascent lease early (with no cost to us) and into a higher Trim ascent with no issue. He was easy to deal with on pricing & never pushed or pressured us into anything. We will continue to go to Bowser for any new vehicle purchases.

I recently had my Outback worked on at Bowser Subaru. If there was a 6th star to add to my review I would add it. Mike and Ian were friendly, helpful and attentive. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service at this location. Bowser Subaru has left an impression. Thank you guys! I will be back when it's time for my next Outback.
Also noteworthy, the waiting facility was remarkably comfortable and accomodating.

I'd been working with Mike Schiavoni for nine months to find a vehicle. I never felt pressured into anything and felt he was really fair in presenting information. Even though I trusted him, I was still skeptical about the dealership. I did a ton of research online on how to buy a used car and spent over 7 hours purchasing a 2021 subaru forester with Mike. I was really pleased to see that the sales price was easily broken down and didn't have a lot of "hidden fees" that I was prepared to fight. Everything worked out really well. I feel well taken care of and hope that will continue to be the case, although I have no reason to believe that would change. There are a lot of dealerships and salesmen that I was not comfortable working with. I'm glad I went with Mike S and Bowser!
