Sold me a “certified used” car last summer that was a lemon. Needed a dependable car for long distance driving with my daughters sports and now have a car that I can’t depend to tell me how much gas is remaining. Have had the car there several times over the winter, was without it for almost a month total over that time, provided them with picture proof of the problem and keep being told that they don’t see a problem. Gas gauge and distance to empty are never accurate and never match up with each other. The time stamped pictures (months worth) show the problem. Nissan denies every claim to try and fix this. Now I’m stuck driving long distances in a car I cannot trust.
Also, my husband fell while dropping our car off there one night (they told us we could drop it off the night before, locked the gates, and then he had to walk up the icy hill to retrieve the envelop to leave our keys with the car parked at the bottom of the hill) and had to go get stitches and miss 2-3 days of work. All we got from them was “we’re sorry to hear that”. Will never buy a Nissan or shop at Bowser again.

I went in three seperate times and all I wanted to do was buy out my lease. I had a few bumps to sort out like I had an out of state license, but I’m a young girl so I was asking some questions on how to go about solving these problems and the old sales guy screams in my face “lady, if your not going to listen then get the hell out!” And pointed to the door. I sat there and started tearing up because I was so shocked and he just stood there pointing at the door. The time before that I spoke with the manager and was also extremely rude and basically refused to help me. I’ve never heard of salesman who don’t want to help you give them money, but DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE!
