Bought my car here and have been having it serviced here at the Nissan center but guess its now just a bunch of crooks. Took my car in for inspection and to change break pads and a bulb was told I need to replace the crank shaft arm, tires and a slew of other work including oil and filter changes.
A week later the "NEW" tires were leaking and one one went flat, took it in they "patched" it and the next day woke up, flat again. Two weeks after they supposedly changed my oil, the oil maintenance light pops on.
3K In the hole.
Suppose the joke is on me, should have asked for all the discarded parts as proof for all the "work" they supposedly did.

Excellent Service from start to finish. The sales rep, Greg Pavlovic, made sure I not only got the best deal I could get, but didn't put any added pressure on making a decision. He was thorough in explaining all the features for my new truck and made the whole buying experience smooth. I will definitely be referring Greg in the future and appreciate his professionalism.

I've bought my last 3 new cars here. This time, I was very disappointed. I went in, told them the exact car I was interested in and took it for a test ride. It took 5 hours + before I was out the door. There was a broken piece on my car that I was advised would be ordered. I called 3 weeks later to check on it. They told me it was in and someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I never got the call. After two more trips out there, it got resolved.

I have not purchased a vehicle here, so I cannot speak on that process. However, I have brought my vehicle here to Bowser GM service department for 3 years and it's a mess. First time we brought it in they left us sitting and waiting while our car was done for over 2 hours because they failed to update the name in their system and still had it under the previous owner. Guy at the service desk got a huge attitude with my husband, even after realizing it was their fault. Not much to talk about the last few visits as I'm really only there twice a year for oil changes. But we took the car in on 6/19 for an oil change. While there, my husband told them of a few problems we've been having. They checked it over amd said we needed new parts, they would order them and get back with us to schedule the work when the parts came in. Fast forward to July 9. We still haven't heard back so i called to find out what's going on. First they can't find my car in their system. Then parts dept says they can't help me, I have to call service. Service says why are you calling me about parts? Obviously you should talk to parts. Then there's no record of parts ordered. There are notes about the problems, but nothing about what parts we need. So after 30 minutes on the phone I get transfered to a service manager who had no idea of anything that was going on. As I try to explain it, he continues to talk over me amd interrupt the entire conversation. Takes my number and tells me he will reach out in a couple hours after he looks in to it. After 2 days of no call back, I have my husband call. And don't you know he gets the same runaround, then transferred to a service manager who went strait to voicemail. They just don't care. Of all the people I have spoke with, not one of them even acted like they care. They have not said bring it back in and we will check it out and see what you need. Nobody has apologized for the mix up and the mistake that's clearly their fault. Nothing. They. Don't. Care. Taking my vehicle elsewhere from here on out.
