I came in to get a battery change and unfortunately, I had the worst customer service experience ever with this company let alone at this store. The employee name was Grey P.
Just had a bad attitude the moment I had to deal with him was very cold and rude. Wish I had one. The other employees helped me. They look like they were enjoying their jobs. Wow, I was stuck with this jambroni

We were traveling through from Virginia and broke down due to a bad battery. We got a jump and made it to Autozone. Poe, the store manager, was great from start to finish. He tested the rest of the vehicle out and got us up and running with a new battery very quickly. He was even kind enough to ask if we could call back in later when we make it home just to let him know we made it safely. It is great being reminded of human decency even in times with slight difficulties. Thank you for the help and for being kind.

These fellows were magnificent and very adept, knowledgeable, and quick while putting in my car battery today ? it was a great and painless experience on my Saturday and affordable (thank goodness). My mom’s boyfriend recommended them to me and, boy, was he right. These are some very ethical and great guys at this location. 5 stars. Wow

We were just starting our Thelma and Louise road trip from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia when Tereleigh’s brand new Tesla starting making a dragging sound. Thank God there was an Auto Zone just minutes away. The team there was AMAZING! All had a look and think and Chris came up with an incredible solution. He got under the car and secured the hanging piece safely using all kinds of magic. We are so grateful to be back on the road. Thank you!!!

Chris helped me out big time. On the way home from school and I thought my car battery died. Turned out to be the alternator. He Sold me one, took the old one out and put the new one in for me on his own time. I Don’t know what I would have done without him. Thank you!

I had a dead battery this morning. I took my car to another auto parts store that said they do battery installations but when I got there they said they couldn't help. I called autozone and spoke with Grey. He checked my vehicle information and verified he had the part in stock. I got there and he was so nice. Had the battery installed and me on my way within 15 minutes!! Great experience! And the price was great too!!! Adeline was also there and was so sweet, she kept me company and had me laughing as Grey changed out the battery. 10/10 service!!!
