Ice cream was horrible. Bought a sundae cup. Took it back for a nutty cone. Had to throw away.

As of 2022 (not sure exactly when) ths location is under new owners, seem friendly. I lived in area until recently. They ordered things I want and are sure to have in stock each month I drive from Edwardsville since very few in the gateway mall area seems interested in keeping customers happy, I feel consistently disappointed. Even less owners of businesses care, so I choose to bring my business to those who do want happy customers.I prefer to shop locally as possible, but drive to Pittston or Plains areas are worth the drives and time.Under the former owner, he remodeled the area I think was a car wash. Long line of coolers with the typical drinks and now beer and a table to sit and enjoy what you purchased, IMO it's worth the drive off the north crossvalley expressway instead of immediate gas stations off route 309. Better prices, they carry typical cigarettes as well as tobacco and tubes. The new owners seem to now carry CBD oil too, which previous owner refused to carry. For those who enjoy it, they also have gambling video games w a few stools to play games as you sit.

Great value wonderful service! I had no idea that the shop included a Bitcoin ATM. It only took a few minutes to send my bitcoins!

Don't get gas here. Broken pumps, extremely slow. Took 15 minutes to get $50 worth of gas, and we had to get it, because the d*** clerk didn't know how to do a refund. Go literally anywhere else.

Cashier (probably the owner) was very rude when I had trouble counting my change. Has this not happened to everyone at least once?

If I could put no stars, I would. The station is very difficult to reach due to traffic, the parking lot is cramped and difficult to navigate even for small vehicles, and we were not satisfied with the customer service. During a stay in the area, we visited the Sunoco on kidder st to pick up sodas and plastic cutlery. They do not offer any on sale, but they have individually wrapped forks and spoons by the coffee. We grabbed two of each and two sodas and went to the counter to pay. By this point we had not been acknowledged by the clerk manning the counter at all; her first words to us were a brusque, "you need to pay for the spoons". Not the most cheerful greeting I've received, but alright. There are no signs indicating that cutlery in individual wraps is to be paid for. She tried to charge us separately for the items, and when instructed to charge it as one added a coffee to my bill. For the silverware, I think, since I didn't purchase a coffee. There was never a more pleasant interaction - no thank you, please return, or even an attempt at small talk to smooth things over. It may be the worst visit to a gas station I've had simply because of the service. We won't be returning.

Do NOT go here if anyone in your family has a disability. They took the key from us and wouldn't give it back because we were taking too long tending to our child. Incredibly upsetting and embarrassing. So sad there are people like that in this world.

There's not much I can say about this place except it was very convenient for me when I was in Wilkes-Barre last month. After driving from Philadelphia and getting ready to go to Binghamton, NY to meet friends for lunch, the tank needed filling. I paid at the pump and didn't need to go inside go it was a quick in and out. The fact that it was 6:30 AM also helped. There was little traffic and I was soon on my way north.

I would have given this place 5 stars but the traffic off the main road and accessing this place was a pain. Yet another stop in the epic road trip. I needed gas and it was my other half's turn to take over driving. The place wasn't too busy and the pumps were easily accessible, also of note you could buy lotto tickets at the pump something I've never seen before. There's a convenience store attached which was clean and had a decent selection of items. Not too terribly far off of I-81, just the traffic and traffic lights made things painful but I think that might be something with Wilkes-Barre in general.
