One of my packages recently was delivered to the wrong address and the postmaster — Ms. Berti — personally retrieved it and brought it to my house. I couldn’t believe it! Talk about customer service! I always get the help I need from this post office and find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.”

“Everyone who works at the post office is friendly, and I never mind going there. Our regular carrier is great. We do have issues now and then when he's off. Our address is a little confusing, so I understand why it happens, just don't really like having to track down packages. My only other issue is that it's hard to get through on the local number. Still, I think they do a good job overall and everyone I've dealt with has always been very nice!”
