Bought a minivan and was treated great! The staff were great(I just can’t remember their names) the secretary and the man who I believes may own the dealership?, very “homey” feeling. My 5 year old was with me, and then I returned with my other kids and they were great with all of them. Easy process and they were willing to help. They offer free inspections for life. I will be going back when I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

Absolutely Incredible. I worked with Michael and Maria at their Pains location. Through phone calls and emails I had the entire purchase almost completely done before setting foot on the lot. They didn't push or try to oversell. They were fair with me on my trade. Courteous Kind and respectful, plus I got the exact car I wanted with less ,miles and a lower price than other dealerships had. I cannot speak too highly of them.

I wanted to edit my review since I actually was able to have the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from them this time. The last time I was just too happy to be treated with great customer service. But anyway over the weekend I saw a car that interest me so I texted on a Saturday afternoon. By Monday morning I received a telephone call with the status of the vehicle I was interested in. Long story short by Tuesday afternoon I was driving the car home! This is a good thing because I never felt pressure once during the transaction and I have to say this is probably the smoothest car purchase I've ever had. Everyone is super nice and professional and I hope this is the last car dealership I ever deal with as I anticipate and hope that I will be buying future vehicles from them. I understand they've been in business 51 years and I could see why. Thanks for a fair deal and a great car!

The secretary is a sweetheart, and the mechanic is a stand up guy. It depends on the day the owner is having on which dude you get. Though the cars are usually on the newer side (16-17 and up, typically) with mid mile ranges (50,000-90,000 miles) some of them I personally feel are a bit over priced. They are seemingly in good shape, and I believe come with warrantees. All in all, if you're looking for a mechanic, or a car, stop by. It's worth a look.

I have been going to Jo-Dan Motors in Plains for 5 years now. They always take great care of my vehicle which I purchased from them. Free inspections for as long as I own the vehicle, too!
