“The food is absolutely amazing! I've never been to a place that is fine with your hiker stench and has awesome people. They have a good selection of some restock items. Great hiker stop.Parking: There are only a few spots at the front. They do have an area to pull off on if the spots are taken up.”

“Plenty of parking, and a gas station. Excited, there is a Starbucks and a Chinese restaurant inside. Also important information, they have electric car charging ports! I probably would have rented an electric vehicle if I knew. But the store seems to have a little bit of everything! I wish we had one on the West Coast.”

“I like buying vegetables and meat from here. They are always in good quality and the price is good as well. Sometimes I could get 50% off on some meat. Although they are getting to the use/freeze by date but I will freeze them so I don't really care about that date. But remember to call the staff when pay for them because they need to enter the code for discount. Always remember to bring a coin to get the cart. Occasionally there are a few carts not chined together.”

“It was clean and bright. I usually go on Wednesdays and there really isn't many people inside the store. I like that they sell bulk candy, nuts, and sugar free stuff as well. The employees are very nice and treated me well. Prices are good! Meat counter is awesome! Many different types of meats! Some completely fresh from the back. Have a rack of ribs? They will cut it for you. They make their own ground hamburger. I would definitely recommend going g here!”

At checkout I ran into Parker, a superstar!! She had noticed a small item fell from my wallet. Not only did she tell me, she quickly jumped out and retrieved it for me!! Such wonderful service!!”

One told me they can't use her insurance and wanted $100. But the great staff and pharmacist at this location called my mom pharmacy had her script faxed and filled it for me, for $6.99( the usual cost).”

“First time visit. Was needing a few items and four this store just a couple miles from interstate 81. Easy access and ample parking. Clean and neat store, a good selection of items in stock. They had what we was looking for. Nice friendly staff that made you feel at home. Would return.”
“I went online to do a pick up order today only to get a message that my account wasn't active and to call customer service. So I did. they told me that I owed some sort of money to giant direct and that it was from an order in October. I asked how much and what was it for. The customer service lady said she couldn't tell me any details and that I have to be put on a call back list from the finance department that will take 24 to 48 hours. That's ridiculous because I use an EBT card and no one ever reached out to me to notify me and they let me get my groceries and drive away. If I owed something why wasn't I notified. Also, why couldn't I talk to someone today and why so secretive? I filed a complaint with the BBB and I will be talking to an attorney. This was by far one of the most inconvenient and horrible customer service experiences I have ever had. No help from anyone. My receipt states the full order was paid for. I am very disappointed and will no longer be using Giant for groceries. Something is not right with this business.”
“Today while reaching up for a package of cheese on the top shelf my pen slipped from my hand and disappeared through the slotted area on the bottom shelf. Not just any pen...a special gift from my daughter. I was upset but Tyler, the young man working in the area, said he could retrieve it. Not a simple task...he needed to get a cart to hold all the cheeses he needed to remove from the case. It took a while but he was so kind and pleasant...said he was happy to help. I just want to recognize Tyler as a very helpful and kind employee.”
“As far as Dollar Generals go, this is your standard affair - lots of cheap stuff, minimal staff, cluttered layout with so much stuff you're often unsure what you're looking at. This store in particular is especially claustrophobic, which may give you feelings like the place isn't well maintained. I can't say that's the case, and I've generally been able to accomplish my purposes when I've stopped in here for a quick pick up for something random. The biggest asset this specific Dollar General location has, in my opinion, is that is also serves as a FedEx pick up location. As someone who needs to return items online from time to time, it's nice that I can stop in here to drop off one of those returns. I don't think there are many (if any) other FedEx pick up locations on this side of Carlisle, so it fills an important space for sure. The staff have always been friendly, and I'm usually in and out without much of a wait time at all. Dollar stores fill unique and random needs at random times in our lives, and if you find yourself needing something cheap and fast (or need to return something via FedEx), this Dollar General has your back!”
