Went in on a Saturday to make a change to an account 25 minutes until they closed. The person responsible for doing this was eating when we arrived we waited for him to finish now 20 minutes only to be told it takes 20 minutes to complete the process and he didn't want to do it as he was also closing. Not what I would call a customer’s service win. Michael Jarden I believe was his name. This branch needs to raise its game. One very angry customer especially since we had all three parties concerned for this transaction and one was elderly leaving Saturday one of the only times we could do this.

Why don’t they have anyone of color working at this branch ? It is very questionable just old Caucasians oooking like they’ll fade to dust soon

Nice people, always helpful. A few too many fees. At this specific branch I did not like how they assumed my husband was the main account holder. As noted on my card, etc I’ve had this account since 1975. It’s mine and I added him. During the pandemic , at the drive through , I’d send a deposit and they’d tell me they needed my I.d. Ok I know it’s the policy by the sign - good for you, but every time my husband did the deposit, nothing was asked for!! It has become a running game between us. You ALL are VERY MISOGYNISTIC!12/22 Update: issues at the edwardsville bank too have made me decide to totally drop WF. After all these years. Going to a bank with less fees and way better customer service.

5 stars for the notary Mike who explained the process well and got my documents notarized. After having a horrible experience at the 315 branch in Wilkes Barre, I was extremely relieved to meet Mike as he knew how a notary works and which documents he's authorized to notarize. Was in and out within 20 minutes. As a non-account holder, I should say I am pleased with the customer service.

Tried to open a checking account online. I was unable to do so, it said that I needed to come into a branch to have my identity verified in order to open up the account. I went into this branch and the lady at the counter was rude and laughed at me and said that I need to have a seat because there's people in front of me who "made an appointment". Then some guy came out and took me to his office where he said I needed to come back later because he has another appointment in 45 minutes and he "doesn't want to rush me". I don't understand why it takes 45 minutes to open an account let alone verify someone's identity, and I also don't understand why the lady at the counter was so rude to me, maybe she thought I was trying to jump the line by coming in without an appointment but excuse me, I didn't know I needed an appointment to have my identity verified and that it would take longer than 45 minutes to do so....I won't be banking with Wells Fargo, ever. It's never taken me 45 minutes to open an account anywhere else!

Came to cash my check. Felt the stares from the tellers when I walked in. Cashed my check here before, no issues. I was directed here by my manager. I just moved to PA so I don’t have a PA license. Presented my passport and ID and was denied because my address didn’t match. Didn’t make sense I even had other forms of ID but they wouldn’t take it. Weird since I came here and cashed my check before with no issues. Called both of my mangers and they said it made no sense. Asked the women and they had sorry excuses.I came to another location, now skeptical, and they cashed it with absolutely no issue. She said my passport and capital one bank card was sufficient as a non customer. Just like this location did when I cashed it before. So I’m very confused .Something feels very discriminatory about this place. I had a turban on and I’m black by the way. God forbid I make such accusations though.
