Rudest people ever work in the electronics aisle, I'm a photographer, I came to this location trying to find a specific size of film but due to them being behind glass I couldn't read the specs on the back of the box. When I asked for help, the man opened the glass door and wouldn't let me read the box myself then when i asked to personally read it (because I was looking for a specific kind of film and I'm the photographer) the man pulled his arm back further and stated that he wasn't stupid and treated me like a criminal... This store has 100+ workers in there but I can't read the box to the $50 film I wanted to purchase... Ridiculous

I ordered a vibrator from here. and it got stuck in my kitty and I had to take it out on only fans in front of my audience and they saved it to their phone so now I am the laughingstock. I do not recommend shopping here. Vibrators are too big for small vaginas

TERROBLE! I drive a 13 foot high box truck and yall have the nerve to install these to prevent us drivers from entering your parking lot with as many Walmart Semis I see on the friggin highway. You're forcing drivers to park at the hotel or business lots nearby when you have probably the most trucks on the road. That's being real hypocritical

Some items don't get stocked till the afternoon. But overall good selection at lower than average prices.

Store has an easy-to-navigate layout. I prefer shopping here over the Walmart in Wilkes-Barre. I found what I needed (and then some!). They do appear very busy and understaffed. Saw many employees shopping for the online orders and there were only a few registers open with pretty long lines.

Understaffed. Only 2 registers open (lines 10 people deep) on a Sunday at 7:30/8pm The shelves were also very empty. All around low inventory, especially in the food areas. I don't normally shop at Walmart so it's hard to say if this was "worse" than "usual" but it definitely reaffirmed I'll only shop at a Walmart when I have to.

We had a terrible experience here. Will not be using their grocery pickup ever again. My husband checked in on the app and waited 25 minutes without anyone coming to the car with our order. Called multiple times with no success to get through to someone at the pickup counter. Finally get through only to be put on hold for ANOTHER 20 minutes. Finally, an associate gets on the phone and says that we are checked in, but there is no one at the counter to bring the order out and to please wait. At this point I requested that the order just be cancelled because my husband could not wait any longer as he needed to get back to work, and the associate hung up on me. Will definitely not be going back to the Pittston Walmart.
