Hardly has anything.shelves looking very low on stock in some areas.Halloween decorations not much to pick from at all.It seems to have changed since covid.It seems they order on a need to need bases.I am seeing this in other stores as well so the shelves don.t look full and some stuff is gone quick so you have to wait for the next Truck to come in which depends on the stores date when they come in which could be 1 day a week.It.s a very clean store and they have plenty of beauty and personal hygiene products and medical
health products.Plus pharmacy dept for pickup of your drugs.

This Walgreens is very nice in itself, however my experience with the pharmacist was not pleasant. I went to this location to get a covid/flu test as I was feeling sick and being pregnant I wanted to be safe. The first younger guy that helped me was very respectful, then I was “helped” by another older man who completely disrespected my privacy by announcing very loudly “are you the one who has Covid?” I was then told to sit and wait for him to assist me further. When he called me back up, he announced my name loudly and as he was having me pay, he acted like I had a disease, looking at me as if I was disgusting and throwing the receipts at me, meanwhile I was wearing a mask to protect others and he was not wearing one. Further, as I was sitting waiting for the test, I witnessed him becoming impatient and disrespectful to an older woman, yelling at her very rudely because she was hard of hearing. Never once did he treat anyone with proper customer service, as multiple times I thanked him and he blatantly ignored that and had an attitude during my whole experience.

I have already contacted the corporate office once - this store as a whole is great - the pharmacists are all amazing despite the pharmacy manager, Bruce Parola. He has belittled me threatened me and I have never been treated with such disrespect or seen such an abuse of authority in my life it’s appalling. My doctor accidentally sent my prescription to the wrong Walgreens in which I then had to cancel them and have them resubmitted to another Walgreens. I was informed that there were pharmacist notes on the account as if I was trying to fill a prescription more than once. For clarification that was not the case I immediately canceled the prescription when I realized the error and because of one individual I will drive out of my way to have a better experience. I will never use this location and I am sorry for anyone else who has been disrespected by this same individual.

I don’t recommend their pharmacist/ pharmacy unless they replace the present one. I called to see if a script I have for bp could be filled at a lower price. This man went berserk!! Started yelling I wasn’t making sense told me the tech I talked to was lying to me & people like me make it harder for the pharmacist; drs more paperwork ; he was downright nasty I was in shock & I like their products but honestly even their other help is not all that friendly it’s like everyone hates their jobs. It’s too bad anger management for the pharmacist & people social skills for the clerks

I visited this pharmacy several times while in NEPA. The manager was very kind with helping me with the photo machine and even allowed me to reprint my photo 3 times when I had trouble with the color. I also asked the pharmacy to sign a form with my COVID test for international travel and, although they certainly didn’t have to oblige, they very kindly did and I was able to enter Japan without any problems. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but the staff at this location deserve it. Thank you!

Very courteous staff. Also pharmacy is very accommodating. Staff makes you feel at ease while shopping at store. All staff has never been anything but kind, helpful and courteous.

Only had to go through the drive thru and the employee was plesant. She gave clear instructions for the proper use of the prescription. Despite the long line the wait wasn't what I would expect with so many vehicles in front of me.

As a disabled veteran I understood that Walgreen’s partnered with the VA hospital on administering flu shots! When I inquired about the partnership between the VA and Walgreens, I was refused a flu shot! Are veterans second class citizens? I’m not looking for nothing for free, as I also have Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and if necessary I can pay for my own shots! I just think that Walgreen‘s suck!
