Is there a way to get a actual worker on the phone I've been calling the # listed for hours now I'm having a serious problem with my mail and I don't have a car right now so I really need speak with someone at the post office

Lunchtime on a Tuesday walk into one worker at the counter and 7 customers on line. Absolutely rediculous. How they don't have one of the self service kiosks is quite frankly stupid. I've been in smaller post offices that had one. With the amount of people this post office serves and lack of workers put in a kiosk.

It's ridiculous i wanna speak with someone at my local office and so far on the phone with this stupid A.I. computer system 1:22 min and its still repeating its self
