Working with Marty to get the perfect look for my wedding day was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process a breeze. The fit on my tuxedo was perfect and very budget friendly. I would recommend Tuxedo by Sarno to anyone and will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Excellent service from both salesman (Elijah and Martin). Both are aware of the up to date styles, have a relaxed, no pressure sales approach. I appreciated both of their input and knowledge of the products. Highly recommend for the service, selection, and very competitive prices. I will definitely be back for dress clothing needs in the future. Thanks again, to Martin and Elijah, great work gentlemen!

I went to the store with my husband and we received excellent treatment. Gladys is very professional and attentive. Excellent customer service. I recommend it, it was an excellent experience.

Went with my son and his fiance to look at options for wedding tuxedos for him and his groomsmen. Gladys was the store manager. She was not the least bit helpful with guiding us towards the attire that was needed for the wedding. She said they did not have anything there to try on for my son. They only keep one size in stock. She didn't ask what the bridesmaids were wearing or anything about the wedding to help us choose a look. She was completely disinterested in us, as if we were a bother. It was very uncomfortable from the minute we stepped foot in the establishment. It is a beautiful building, but that was the only positive. We left and went to a different place that was much more helpful and more cost efficient. There are much better options in our area. The Sarno name is definitely not what it used to be.
