Older lady that works here is extremely rude, talking on the phone all the time, you try to talk to her and she completely ignores you. Acts like you don’t even exist. Every thing seemed like an inconvenience to her, would never come here again.

First off I'm going to start by saying there are only 2 workers here. The owner Nicole and Amber who for some reason is not very pleasant she always have an attitude. I was getting my nails dipped by Amber like I always have done and when she does my nails she always add a tip to one of my nails because the nail broke and is still trying to catch up to the rest of my nails. This day she did NOT add the tip so I said aren't you going to add the nail and she says I have to tell her what to do with my nail which makes no sense when you have been doing my nails for months and do it the same every single time so why all of a sudden your acting stupid. Anyways that was when I should had walked out but I bit my tongue not to make a scene so now she starting the process for the dip she opens the 2 different dip powders and ask what do I want to do so I told her ombre now shes pissed and say "you have to tell me you want ombre before I start your nails" so at this point I give her attitude back and say first of all you Never asked me what I wanted when u saw both dip powders you started doing what you wanted and then asked i don't know the process of ombre this is my first time getting it done. But she was extremely rude and it was disgusting I was ready to tell her listen you don't have to do my nails but at the same time I've already waited 2 hrs to be seated so at this point She was going to do my nails mad and all. But horrible customer service very rude doesn't speak when you say hi how are you nothing she's rude and quiet. I will be taking my business elsewhere and because of her attitude she was only given $2 tip. what a disgust when your providing service that I am paying for to act like a WITCH BUT IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM SERVICE unless you wanna b waiting forever because like I mentioned in the beginning of my review it's only 2 workers not to mention when they do your feet they use the same pumice for everyone's feet my feet had a reaction so the last time I did my feet I paid for my own brand new pumice because that is not sanitary at all. I wouldn't waste my time or money with Amber and I will be getting my payment reversed.

Prices have went up. Quality has went down and not to mention that the workers there aren’t nice and rush to get your nails done.

You can tell when someone takes the time and care with your nails, THIS place did the opposite. Both ladies were ill mannered, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. When I tried to let her know my nails weren’t what I asked, she had a comeback, instead of wanting to fix her mistake. I’d go elsewhere unless you like bare minimum subpar service.Service: Manicure

Was told they were available for a walk in at that time, told it’d be 5 minutes, ended up leaving closer to 20 minutes after arriving and told to return next day. When I returned I was told to come back the following day.Service: Waxing

Got my nails done , the girl was very rude and ignorant- I felt that she wasnt very nice - i will not go there ever again - i got the dip and she kept squeezing my fingers to where it was hurting - hours later - I'm discussed with my nails & they still hurt - if i could give a negative star i would have - She cant even do a design that she said she could do - I simply would not recommend to anyone to go - 1day its 50 then i sware they make and dont follow their own prices every time - completely disappointed......

Been to just about every nail salon in this area , this place is the best, price is right and my favorite is they are fast and they accept walk ins all the time. And they are very friendly. Also even though they are quick the quality is great, they aren't cheap with the acrylic powder. Will be going here from now on. ?
