I have been going to Tonys for over three years and loved it. The food is great but today whoever was working had an attitude and told me I had to order 3 slices if I wanted them to go and also because they didn't have any slices. How is it my fault if they have no slices ready and why did I have to order 3 minimum. I have ordered slices to go on a Friday and never was told I couldnt order 2 slices. It just pissed me off. There is no sign that says if we have no slices ready you have to order 3. Put a sign up if that's the case

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Have been a customer here for my life and had the most horrible experience! I placed a phone order, and my husband went to pick it up after the hour wait time. When he got there he was told they never got the order and pretty much blamed us - that maybe we called another Tony's. I sent a screenshot to my husband to show them I called them an hour earlier. They didn't care. They put another order in for him, and he would have to wait. No, "I'm sorry. That's our error. We're super busy and it fell through the cracks, here's $5.00 off for your trouble." Nothing but angst and blaming us. Sad. While he waited, I called to speak to the owner. I got a snarky woman who told me he was busy. I asked when he wouldn't be busy, and she said she didn't know (again, rude and unprofessional). I asked for her name and said goodbye. I was polite on the phone. I don't care how busy you are, the customer gets spoken to with kindness and respect. (I was in the hospitality field for years.) I am not sure if it was the same woman but a woman told my husband in a very snarky, unprofessional and sassy voice, "Your wife is a delight and you can tell her I said that." What????? Who does that in a business or anywhere for that matter? He told me what she said, and I told him to cancel the order and get the money back. The woman, again, was sassy and snarky to him. My husband said something about business practices and she said something off-color again to him. What a horrible experience just to get some pizza! We got bullied and mistreated by an employee of this restaurant for something that was NEVER our fault! We will never go there again. Beware.

Delish food! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Bartender Janelle is on top of her game! Attentive and focused on customer experience.

I'm going to start by saying I'm from New Jersey. Hate to say it, but P.A. for the majority has thick, uncooked, low quality ingredients pizza. Not the case with Tony's. I was pleasantly surprised after my first bite, so much so that I immediately ordered a second pie to bring home. If you are in the area and looking for a great slice of pie, I recommend that you try Tony's.

This was our second visit to Tony's Pizzeria, near Pittston. We came back because we really enjoyed Tony's Special Pizza, with a thicker crust and sliced tomatoes. We ordered two Tony's Special pizzas with mushrooms and pepperoni toppings. They were perfect. The waitress and hostess were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were great, my ice tea had three lemon slices. We also had the chicken bites with a mild buffalo sauce, which was so tasty that one of us ordered a small container to take home. A half pound of chicken bites and sauce, blue cheese dressing and celery sticks cost $8.25. The garlic bread with cheese was also delicious. The restaurant had just hosted a shower for 45 people minutes before our group arrived. There is ample seating, both booths and tables, with several rooms. It was a wonderful dinner.

I tried Tony's Pizza for the first time, they were recommended by friends and locally by someone who reviews pizza and gave it a high rating. I had high hopes of something amazing.Sadly it didn't live up to the hype. Was it good? Yeah, but not very different from the many other local pizza places.I would rate them a star higher if it wasn't for the SIZE! They sell a "large" which it most definitely is not. It's called MEDIUM everywhere else. I ordered 5 pies and it wasn't enough for a get together, had to order quickly from somewhere else. They should specify their large is NOT 16"
