We booked packages for three young women. They were bullied into doing things they were not comfortable with and one girl criticized for her tattoo. A 20% gratuity was added without consent. When the spa was called they said what the girls said was untrue and said they wrote down everything I had asked and they told me. It did not match what I had said. Then called me a liar because I handed the phone over to my partner once she had me in tears because I had told her I was at work. I work from home. I would not recommend trusting these people.

Had an Express pedicure by Anna. She did an acceptable job; but nothing special compared to other pedicures I've had.

Barbra at the pittston location is fantastic.front desk is often rude and organized, thoughMontage has nicer girls at the front desk but their therapists are nowhere near as good.

I scheduled a 30-minute couples massage a few months ago for this past Saturday. About a week or so prior to it, someone from Sapphire called me asking if we would be able to come in at 10:15 instead of 11:30. I told them I would have to check with my boyfriend and I would call them back. The woman on the phone did not seem pleased with my response, having scoffed, but I was not going to change anything without talking to him first. Later that day, I called them back to say it was okay to switch, but the woman (a different one from earlier) said there was no record of it needing to be changed so she wasn’t sure why I was called. I said I didn’t know either. I kept the original 11:30 appointment. The massage itself was wonderful! When I went to pay I was told the total was $150! I was a bit taken back as the website advertises it as $98 so I assumed either the website wasn’t updated or they were adding a hefty gratuity for each person. I called when I got home as it still wasn’t sitting right with me, only to be told that they actually had us in for a 60 minute massage. I was quite upset as that was not what I had booked and I of course was not going to ask for any money back since the service was already done. So I encourage anyone booking here to obtain written confirmation of your service as they definitely scammed me out of $50.

We have been to the Sapphire Salon a few times, and were excited to book a girls-weekend Spa Day to celebrate our birthdays. The Salon called the day before to see if we could come in earlier, this was totally fine. We arrived at 9 AM and had amazing massages and facials. We spent some time in the sauna. It was wonderful!Around 11:30 we were served our lunch, and things came a bit unhinged. We were left alone for over an hour. We had to search for staff when we found not only M&Ms in our salads, but also a large chunk of plastic and what looked suspiciously like blood. We were no longer hungry but the owner insisted on getting us new lunches. However, we had lost our appetites and just wanted to get on with our spa day. The lunches were replaced but were not wanted nor were they any better than the salads. I am gluten free, and my friend is a vegetarian, so getting chicken salad wraps didn't work for us, plus we found an ice cube in her wrap when she bit into it. At this point we were ready to just call it a day. Since we had been left alone again for over 30 minutes we decided to leave. When we went to check out and cancel the rest of our visit, we were told that they wouldn't be able to refund us for the missed pedicure, shampoo/blow out, and perfume. It would be another hour until our pedicures and it was now closing in on 2 PM. We had been there since 9 (came in early, remember), and were only expecting to be there 4.5 hours. The owner pulled people off their lunch breaks so that we could get our pedicures and hair done before 2 PM, which I feel horrible about. These services were nice and I am sure if there wasn't a 3 hour wait between lunch and our pedicures we would have had a much more enjoyable time. By the time we got to our hair appointments we were hungry, tired, and just wanted to be home. At check out, I was pressured to leave a 20% tip for the services received. The lunches were comped, as they should have been.TL;DR: We were waiting almost 3 hours between our services, left alone in a hallway with no information about when they would come get us for our pedicures, and served what we suspect to be gas station cuisine from next door. The services are nice but the customer service and scheduling need work. If you book a spa day we recommend you skip the lunch (there are plenty of restaurants nearby) and bring a book.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

What an amazing experience. Super awesome staff. Beautiful environment. And so peaceful and relaxing. Went for a couples massage and wasn't disappointed at all. Got a wonderful tour of the facility. Everything was explained so elegantly. We felt like royalty and were pampered like babies.

I got the CBD Bamboo massage with Barb and it was absolutely wonderful. The massage was so relaxing and Barb was SO sweet. The facilities are absolutely incredible and the massage was amazing but everything about the place was fantastic. This place is most definitely worth going to for any service, I’d recommend it to anyone and I will for sure be going back!Service: Massage

Awful gel manicure recently! I had jelly tips and they were so pretty for holidays and recommended to get gel manicure after tips fell off and removed. Never again. They chipped three days after manicure, had a "redo" then the other hand started to chip. I soaked off myself and would never go there again. If I want false nails, I'll get acrylics The process is the same, removal in warm acetone was awful, damaged natural nails-would NOT recommend! My nails are in such bad shape and it's like after having acrylic removed.

My appointment started right on time and the gel removal was done using a brush on solution, which didn't leave my nails and cuticles dried out. Then I had a regular manicure which looked great for 6 days without a single nick.

I got a powder dip manicure today. Not impressed. She didn’t do my cuticles. Just dipped my nails. Spent more time looking at her Apple Watch, then making sure my nails were done correctly. Jen did my nails. They r now peeling , & I just got them done on Tuesday.
