Absolutely love it here! I get my hair done by Rose who does an amazing job. It is such a spa like experience and is so relaxing. They always have beautiful gifts, smells incredible and is affordable! Love it!!!

Staff were very pleasant. But my hair that's a different story. Came with grown out highlights and wanted blonde highlight. But now I have this odd colored hair. And none of my hair color. This is not my natural hair color with highlights. Don't recommend. They don't listen to what color you want.

So I’ve had consistent issues with my appointments from them being canceled altogether to them not being able to maintain an appointment booked well in advance. Not to mention the lobby is full of junk, not high end at all.

The front desk staff is absolutely awful. Literally canceled my appointment and then continuously screwed up my appointments. Not to mention it's not high end at all with all of that junk in the lobby.

I absolutely love the Sapphire Salon in Pittson. I travel all the way from Allentown to go here for a massage. I love that you get the whole “spa experience” with use of the sauna, gentle music, and essential oils. The changing room and bathrooms are clean. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The store is a nice added bonus for unique gift shopping, especially around the holidays. Services are reasonably priced. They asked me how much of a tip I wanted to add on with no pressure. Heather is my favorite massage therapist and Ted is wonderful for facials. Highly recommend the Sapphire Salon in Pittson!

We booked packages for three young women. They were bullied into doing things they were not comfortable with and one girl criticized for her tattoo. A 20% gratuity was added without consent. When the spa was called they said what the girls said was untrue and said they wrote down everything I had asked and they told me. It did not match what I had said. Then called me a liar because I handed the phone over to my partner once she had me in tears because I had told her I was at work. I work from home. I would not recommend trusting these people.

Had an Express pedicure by Anna. She did an acceptable job; but nothing special compared to other pedicures I've had.
