You have to call this place like 5 times before you get someone on the phone. Why have a phone if you’re not going to use it ?. I tried calling in because I had a question about my prescription and it took several tries before I actually got someone on the phone.

I've been going here for yrs, but last few months wasn't so nice here, all this newer generation is there now. Last nite i.was put on a new medicine. So I was asking questions about it . She started shaking her head and looked irritated for asking. I'm gonna find another place to go .nothing but arrogance anymore .

I was in today to pickup my prescription. There is a young woman named Mary who work's in the pharmacy. She is an angel. She was so sweet and had everything ready in no time at all. I absolutely recommend this store/pharmacy to anyone in the area. 10 out of 10 best experience I've ever had at any Rite Aid. Thank you again for everything.

Because this area has been so heavily affected by drug addiction. This location does not have a public restroom. They should just have a sign on the door.

The manager is a complete inconsiderate human being !! My lady time is happening and I was in urgent need to use the bathroom ! She look at me and said they are closed to the public because of COVID 19 ! Mind you as she walked through the store unmasked! Never EVER WILL I GO BACK!!!! As I purchased tampons!!

I scheduled an appointment for Covid test. According to the directions, it was the same as the last time, test in car and I’ll get the results 24-72hrs. Well… the pharmacist came over, didn’t even say hello, immediately got snippy that they don’t do the test there!! She was extremely rude! Then said I didn’t fill everything out for my insurance. Which, I knew I did bc I received a successful appointment notification. This pharmacist needs a seminar on bedside manner and professionalism. I ended up leaving and going to urgent care. I will never go back there.

People do not rate great service often, most rather leave a bad review. 5 stars is not sufficient to rate the service I received today. Jennifer went above and beyond. I am here on a family emergency from Washington state and brought enough of my medicine to last plus 1 week. There's another emergency surgery for which I'll be here an extended period of time. My meds are out and 1 had no refills left. Jennifer worked with my insurance, which is out of state, and I picked up emergency refills. She did her job but also exceeded any job requirements with the outstanding customer service and more care and concern that I would've expected. Thank you so much Jennifer for easing an already difficult situation with your kindness and dedication.

A Rite Aid Shift Manager by the name of David Sciandra. Works at the Pittston Rite Aid. He makes homophobic Facebook posts and actually said he was happy about the massacre that took place at Pulse Night Club and said he hopes it happens again.

In the words of pat McAfee this place stinks I would fire the lady in the drive through window tomorrow I wish I knew her name bc she stinks too..breaking news if you act like a mouthbreather and conduct yourself like a clown then find a new job..I told my dad to go to the laurel street rite aid and if they stink then go somewhere else there is pharmacies everywhere and I hope this goes up with my name and if it doesn't it's Edward Doran Jr write it down because people who post anonymously are just scared

Pharmacist couldn’t even be bothered to look for my prescription. Told me my doctor never called anything in after 2 seconds of looking. Only for it to be on hold the entire time.
