I have nothing but good things to say about Pedigree especially the team I worked with! Davey (Darryl D. Robinson) “my salesman”went above and beyond, answered any and all questions I had on a dime. I even had issues with the APU on the truck after I returned home (about 5 hour ride), walked me through the issue and it works perfect now. The truck I bought is in great shape and came with all service records.Tyler Yarborough was my point man when I got on site in PA and walked me through the truck I bought. Made every process of buying the truck quick and simple.All in all the team at Pedigree will work hard to get you what you want.I appreciate you all,Thanks again!

I put a $1000 down on a trailer sale man was Joe Pelosi, before I finalized the deal I came to check the trailer, and found multiple problems with the trailer, he promised to fix the problems before I came back to pick it up, not only they didn't fix the problems, but also they advertised that "if buying any trailer between now to July 4th you will get $3000 fuel" this one of the reasons I made sure that I took the trailer before July 4th so I can get the $3000 fuel, Joe Pelosi told me that I cannot get the $3000 fuel because I bought my trailer for less than $35,000.
I asked him why they didn't add what he told me in the advertisement, so that customers know before buying, this guy has no idea how to talk to customers at all, whatever came out of his mouth ?, I've seen people got scammed before. But I wouldn't think I would have experienced it myself (about fixing the trailer before I came back, the advertisement, and bad customer service. I wish Noone experienced what I have experienced.
The only reason I still took the trailer was because I didn't want to lose my $1000 deposit I worked hard for

Recently bought a 2014 utility reefer from pedigree and from the start it was a hassle and there were a few hiccups along the way with the salesman we had but the trailer itself is in great shape and runs well and Nathan who I believe is the sales manager reached out to me and did his best to rectify the situation and make our business appreciated showing that he cares about proper communication. I have plans to expand my trucking business in the near future and will definitely keep Nathan and Pedigree in the loop to help with our equipment needs.

Please don't buy anything from this place...The trucks are way over run, 75,000 miles oil changes and engines, I use to work in Prime, engines blowing after being perchance(Mr.Tayler make that comment to me ones in his office), I got a 2018 freightliner from Mr. Tayler and in the first 3 months I had to replace radiator, batteries and a complete new front axle on this truck that I spend almost10,000 dollars and the onlything I got from them is a paper that highlight saying all sales are final and as is,funny thing is they give me the truck with their DOT inspection stating truck was safe to drive.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place in your investment.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE..I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING LEGAL ISSUES WITH THEM...

I was in the process of purchasing a reefer from them however my experience was not great. I made a deposit and never got the chance to pick the one I wanted. They told me that the process would take 3 weeks. I had to keep calling and reaching out for information regarding the trailer. I received a contract however I refused to sign until I saw the trailer and did an inspection. Below are the photos I took of the trailer. I have been trying to get my deposit back and all I keep hearing is that the deposit is non-refundable, when there was no signed documentation or agreement stating this fact.I would not recommend them for trailer purchases.

I just bought my first truck through Pedigree and worked with Nolan out in Salt Lake and all the guys at Springfield. Great people and answered all my calls and emails and do not give you the run around. I looked at a few trucks before stumbling on these guys and glad I did as the attention to detail they put in to preparing the trucks is second to none. It’s a used truck but looks new. Very happy and will be going back to Pedigree when I purchase my first trailer. Thanks again .
