For line haul, this is SCR. Go through the gate to the very back and spin around 180 degrees. Drop your tail and the jockey will tell you where to place your lead. The empties are on your left but be careful with your dolly since they are on a hill. Right before you exit the same gate, the office is on your left.

I was denied delivery because they did not have a small truck, although the documents said that this is a residential area. They deceived me. Because when I was picking up the cargo, I saw that they have small trucks.

People are so friendly and professional. The drivers are the best in the buisness. They are always eager to help and make sure the customer is always taken care of. I have been in the LTL and TL buisness 20 years and no carrier has impressed me as much as ODFL. Of all the carriers I now use they have the most accurate website, least amount of damages, and minmal issues. All of your freight is picked up and delivered on an OD truck and when it comes.

Very disappointed in this company. We had been using them for years and paying for additional insurance for shipping a high value liquid. Recently they damaged a tote in transit and refuse to even submit theclaim to their insurance company because they are insisting on us having it tested for impurities. This is a food product and if the container is punctured in a warehouse, the FDA says it must be discarded. Their claims department is garbage.
