Their salesperson needs to go back to sales classes. I went to do an upgrade and was told the phone I wanted wasn't there, the more expensive item was, and the reson it was more expensive is because the American people were getting a stimulus so they upped the price of the phone by 100.00, last week it was 159.00. Or I could have a phone that had less space and tech than I have now on my current phone. Why the hell would anyone want to downgrade, when they specifically stated that they were coming in for an upgrade! Steer clear from purchasing new products from here, they clearly do not have the intellectual resources to comprehend what their customers want.

I want thank the new guy Larry. He greeted me as soon as l walked in. Was very helpful. I gotta tip my hat to Cody also. He cleaned out the charge port on my phone,Which was probably the reason l was buying A new charge chord. Superb service from both gentlemen......

Went to two Metro stores in Scranton before this one and was blown away by the difference in service. Cody was the most helpful and gave us exactly what we came for. I wouldnt bother going to any Scranton metro becquse the Pittston one has the best service.
