Picked up a 2025 XC60 Ultra (Fusion Red) on Friday. What an amazing experience!!!
From custom ordering the car in April, its US arrival in June to its release in August.
Eric and Cory kept us up to date every step of the way.
And thank you Dave for putting up with all our extended warranty questions, you have the patience of a saint!
We cannot say enough about this dealership and team.
This is our 4th Volvo and it won't be our last.

Eric Peters was a friendly and attentive salesman, the sales manager was cordial and knowledgeable, even though the place can be a nightmare to get in and out of from Route 315. Although, I do love the car that I bought.

I was interested in a Mitsubishi Outlander they had. I called and they set me up with Eric Peters who was excellent to work with! He was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. Eric Peters was hands down the best salesman for my 2023 Volvo XC60. He was informative, but not pushy. One of the most annoying things about buying a car for me is when a salesman is too pushy. It honestly puts a sour taste in my mouth and I will literally leave when that happens. Eric was awesome. He answered any questions I had, did his best to help me out with my situation at hand, was easy to talk to, and always had a smile on his face. Thank you so much for all your help Eric!! Absolutely loving my new vehicle ?

I purchased a used XC60 sight unseen, as it was what I was looking for and the price was right. After paying for the car, the salesman (Ernie) was helping me set up my phone when we realized the infotainment system wasn't working quite right. Despite attempts to fix the problem, it was determined the issue required assistance from Volvo. As I'd driven 3 hours to pick the car up, the manager (Ken) assured me that not only would they make sure the system got repaired but that they would drive the car to me when it was! The car was delivered to my house a few days later, with everything working correctly. It says something when a company is not only willing to stand behind their product, but to take that extra step to make it right. I'd highly recommend Ken Pollock Volvo to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I feel so confident in the vehicle I purchased from KP. From Eric who was with me for the entire time of my sale to the big boss KP himself calling me with answers to our questions. Who does that? Eric was so nice, extremely knowledgeable about every thing you would need to know about purchasing or financing a vehicle. . This is the first time in my life buying a car was so smooth and easy. And I got a beautiful car that was full checked out at great price to boot. You can buy with confidence with KP just ask for Eric. You will not be disappointed.

1 year update. Saddened, the dealership is an epic fail on a professional and on ethical standards. As stated, the vehicle was for my handicapped daughter, the vehicle cost was close to $48k , pretty expensive for a used vehicle ...but being certified , and told everything was replaced , brakes , tires, etc...essentially worry free ...
Well, not even the case , the headliner sank and reminded me of a Turkish tent , multiple trips, not resolved .. gave up... Then after a couple of months, and a few thousand miles , it wouldn't pass inspection , due to rear brakes ...and they were bad.... Ok .. Then upon inspection , noticed two tires had a strange wear, now I'm OCD with tire pressure and maintaining the vehicle .
Upon extensive research , I thought the tires should be under warranty ... But had to be initiated at the dealership. Ok,not a problem , spouse and kids going to NC, the oil was not due but I wanted it changed due to extensive driving and heat, fluids checked ..
Etc, showed the advisor the tires , inquired if they are least submit the claim under pirelli warranty ...
Here where it gets interesting , a new service advisor comes in and wants to rotate the tires .... And tells me the front brakes are suspect ...asked if he filed the warranty under the tire manufacturer ...openly admits the two tires were not replaced , nor the brakes ... Under the certified program .. after I told it was !!! And paid over book for a certified vehicle . It's not that I was looking for free tires or brakes , it was total dishonesty by sales , the finance and used car manager at point of sale ..service has issues to ..I was willing to to pay pro rata ...but they were old tires...eh no wonder they didnt fill the warranty ....I asked if they changed the oil and d they said it didn't need it...it's not the fact if they didn't need it,I wanted to be proactive on this regrettable purchase
So, I am here, gathering info , notes , and having the vehicle looked at by another service facility and filing with the local magistrate for time and damage. Even if I'm awarded one dollar, it will be worth it for the moral high ground
Words cannot describe the how amazing this place is. First, we were in a position that we had to purchase a vehicle to transport our special needs child. She requires special harnessing that needs to be mounted to the vehicle. (and of course its expensive and not covered by insurance) Jonathan, our sales "partner" actually listened, He let us vent. He was caring and so considerate. He even babysat our son, while we had to tend to our daughter at the dealership. The vehicle he picked out, checked all the boxes. Derrick, was very empathetic and accommodating, by taking "time outs" during the paperwork process to tend to our daughter.
In fact, the whole place cared. No one judged us, offered help, and so kind.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I bought our first Volvo from Ken Pollock Volvo. We had a wonderful experience working with the dealership. Our salesman, Eric Peters, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good deal. We will definitely be repeat customers.
