Worst car buying experience ever. After sale follow up is non existent. A month later I’m still running temporary tags while trying to get a correct title. Not one call directly from finance to fix it. Incorrect information given by the salesman left me without the remaining subscription for Mitsubishi Connect. But hey, we wants a remote starter in the Northeast in December?!

went there a week ago because i hit a pothole. they showed me under the car that if needed a knuckle and strut.. totaling over 1700$ in damage. i was skeptical so i went to another shop near me. it in fact DID NOT need a knuckle. tried scamming me (23f for context).

Bought some shelving for a van purchased elsewhere. Superior truck accessories I believe is the name. Great service. They even stayed after hours to help me as I was an hour away.

My wife bought her new Volvo S60 CC thru Ken Pollock Volvo. We had an excellent experience. Keith, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car and worked very hard to get us the perfect deal. Everyone that we dealt with in the dealership was friendly and courteous. They wanted you to have the best experience you could have while buying a car. Believe me they made my wife very happy with the sale of this car. Customer service is worth 5 stars! The car itself is a great car, I find more options in it every day, that I didn't know it had. Plus it's fun to drive. Thank you Keith and everyone at Ken Pollock Volvo.

I have been dealing with Ken Pollock for about 10 years. I have always found all the staff from the receptionists, Salespersons and Service Personnel to be the BEST!. They always meet and exceed my expectations and go out of their way to assist me. No issue is too small. They let me have one less worry ( Car issues) to deal with. Love Them!!

I picked up my car after getting the door repaired on Friday afternoon. Note it was just the rear door that was repaired and nothing else. But now after bringing back the car, I find that the voice command is gone, backup camera is gone, radio and sound system is gone , and the passenger door on the right is not getting opened from the inside. WOW. Ken Pollock. That was an excellent piece of repair work done. And when I called back I was told nothing can be done and I should come back Monday, when they specifically knew that I needed to leave Scranton on Saturday.

My wife and I were looking for a car that would be good on gas and also at a comfortable price for us. At Ken Pollock certified we found exactly what we were looking for. Our sales man was Tom and I have to say he was very professional and respectful of us and what we wanted in a car. The whole team at Ken Pollock provided the car buying experience that everyone should receive when buying a car. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Ken Pollock Platinum Certified in January 2014. This was my first experience buying a used vehicle. Tom Holland was the salesman that helped both me and my sister through the process. I originally found the Escape online and was able to view pictures of the entire inside and outside of the car which was so helpful. Once I got there, everything was ready for me. I took a test drive and was hooked! Tom was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle's advanced technology. Everyone at Ken Pollock was nice and helpful. I wasn't originally going to buy that day, I was along while my sister got her car. Tom was so patient while I made my decision and even though I threw his schedule off because I didn't have an appointment he helped me out with respect and a smile. The past three weeks have been great with my new Escape. I don't know that I would trust a used vehicle from any other auto group. I would recommend dealing with Ken Pollock any day!
