Worst bank I've had the displeasure of using. Icing on the cake is the massive data breach they had - guess the money they steal in predatory fees went to the CEO and not the IT department. Avoid this entire bank like the plague.

Terrible, only gave one star because I needed too. There is no customer service for businesses. I have been waiting since October to see my on line checking account statements. They do not display, all I get is they are going to put in another maintenance order. How many maintenace orders do they need? Maybe its a good bank for Social Security direct deposits, but not for a business.

My son opened his coin savings and rolled up his coins to go deposit into his savings account at this location. The condescending male associate behind the counter inside told us that we have to break open the rolled sleeves and put everything through coinstar to get a ticket, because "the feds don't allow them to take rolled coins." My son was so disappointed. We decided to leave and take the coins to Wells Fargo next door where he also has a small savings account. The bank associate there was so kind and praised him for saving money. Never again to Fidelity. Disgusting experience from the start of opening the account there.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Eric was not only rude but also very lazy. Overheard Alison complaining about not wanting to help another customer. Very disappointed!
