Maybe when you only have two customers on the checkout and the first customer wants 5 balloons. Maybe take the second customer first so they don't have to wait an extra 10 minutes to checkout. Absolutely rediculous.

I think your cashier Felecia should look for another job. This one seems too hard for her since she feels the need to huff and puff with each customer and be ignorant.

They are rearranging the store. I was not able to even look for what I wanted and the clerk was not friendly today though he usually is.

They usually have almost everything I need when I go there and if not I just go to another one to find it and the staff is always polite and helpful

I Do Not Recommend Going To The Dollar Tree Combined W Family Dollar In Pittston The Lady Working Their Trish Is Highly Unprofessional As A “Assistant Manager” Walked In To Get 8 Balloons &&’ She Told Me It Would Take 30m-1hr For My Balloons To Get Blown Up &&’ I Agreed To Wait As She Said She Would Blow Up My 8 Balloons In Between People. I Sat Their For 30Mins &&’ She Did Not Blow Up A Single Balloon In The 30Mins I Was Waiting. Also Keep In Mind I Allowed Atleast 20 People To Go Ahead Of Me Till I Got Fed Up &&’ Asked Her Nicely To Please Blow Up My Balloons &&’ She Continues To Say It’s Gonna Be About An Hr Yet In 30 Mins She Didn’t Blow Up A Single Balloon!! So I Began To Get Upset &&’ Asked To Speak To A Manager Considering I Was Very Patient The Entire Time &&’ Just Wanted My Balloons Considering I’m A Paying Customer!! Since She Was The Assistant Manager She Called Scott Who Was The District Manager &&’ Asked Him For The Corporate Number Because I Nicely Asked For It She Began To Tell The Manager Her Version Of The Story &&’ Failed To Tell Him I Was Waiting For 45 Mins For The Balloons &&’ Also Allowed 20 People Ahead Of Me! Her District Manager Told Her To Call The Police Saying Bc Apparently I Was Causing A Disturbance. When In The End I Was A Paying Customer Waiting For My Items!! DISGUSTING.??♀️
