Truck 318 March 16th, 2021. Neusence driverWould constantly speed up and slow down on i84 EB going between 65 to 73 mph. Always seemed to "rubberband' to a faster speed when attempting to pass, I would get back behind him then he would slow down again. Continued for over 60 miles heading into NY, I kept at a steady speed as I am speed restricted in a semi truck. Looked like an older gentleman driving.

I have been to this location over 100 times to get parts as a road mechanic. Two things are guaranteed every time, competence and a laugh.Hai, Jeff, Mark, and Tom always fulfill my requests. Even my oddball ones. You're alright too, drive shaft specialist guy. (Sorry I forgot your name)I remember seeing the store for the first time and thought I would never go there. I didn't know who the Cook brother were but I imagined a couple of hillbillies based on the exterior of the building.Instead, I found a outdated building full of team with tenure, personality, and commitment to finding what i need. Even when I'm not sure how to explain it.Now that I've been to the Binghamton branch, I realize this location does more with less. The reason I come is because of the people. I could only imagine how much better they would be if given a proper facility.
