“My wife was recommended this spot by a coworker. What a treat! As a child I had fond memories of going to Shadowbrook in Tunkhannock for ice cream. Since moving to Old Forge we had been going to Blue Ribbon (also great) . I couldn't believe how many times I had passed this spot once I learned where it was.Great "penny candy" selection as well as very kind and helpful staff. My daughter (3 YO) loved the gumball machines and Leaping Linda (vintage riding horse machine). Can't wait to go back and try other things from the menu.Vegetarian options: I'm not versed in vegetarian desserts but there is dairy free ice cream which is a necessity for my wife and daughter. There are also plenty of candies, gummies, and sodas for the sweet tooth.Dietary restrictions: My daughter enjoyed the dairy-free chocolate peanutbutter with sprinkles!Parking: There is street parking. The shop is on the corner with plenty of spots and crosswalks.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not auto but i'm sure the staff would be happy to help. Ground level floor with new concrete sidewalks by the township.”

“Their chocolate is amazing! We get caramels, jackpots/nutrolls, butter creams, chocolate covered cherries ?, and almond bark. We buy their products as Christmas gifts, but we indulge in some, too. They gift wrap for free. Staff are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Well worth the price and the trip or order online for delivery to your home or office.”

“Perfect milk chocolate, that melts in your mouth even when frozen when stored at home, (other brands' milk chocolate will freeze when placed in freezer). Very organized, clean store where merchandise is thoughtfully placed in patterns & displayed [not like Wal-Mart shelves' grid]. Feels kind of like a country store, or farm stand/store, or country candy shop. Lady 'behind' the counter actually walked out and assisted me & talked with my 2 children. She wasn't rude either when I asked her where to find item-that-was-in-front-of-me. Felt happy spending money there. 5 Star ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Good selection of cigars for sure. Prices are good compared to some other places as well. Knocking a star because I think one of the cigar cabinets might have a little too high humidity resulting in a couple less than ideal cigars. I'd still go back though.”
