I have had this company since moving here 15 years ago and I honestly would have no one else. They have helped me through some very difficult times and given me crucial information to get help when I desperately needed it. I trust them implicitly.I feel they may have even saved my life!! I was getting sick for years and didn't know the cause. They came to check my furnace and smelled something and checked my stove. They found it was leaking carbon monoxide! Thank you guys

I called thier office for a propane delivery today as I was working around the house and with in a hour a very nice looking truck showed up. So I went outside to greet the driver that showed up and he introduced himself as Ryan. He was very kind and courtesy. He told that I was scheduled for automatic delivery and as he was here he check to make sure everything was in good working condition. I'm glad that I have a propane provider that looks out for their customers.

Amazing customer service, any time I had a concern about the tanks they sent someone out to my home same day. Drivers and techs take the time to answer your questions and are very polite and professional.

I’ve been waiting 4 days for them to refill my tank! Worst propane company I’ve ever dealt with. We have an older, disabled adult in our home and we now have no heat in her room other than a space heater as well as no gas to cook. Avoid this company!! Terrible service!!!!!!

This company has the worst most ridiculous company policies I have ever experienced. We were at fault for having had a bill go past due. It went to collections. This we admit to being very very bad on our part. With that we admit and understand. No problem with that we had to pay and extra $100 + to the collection agency. Our fault and totally understandable. We were told that when the collection was paid, we could get fuel again but on a prepaid basis. Ok, no problem. Completely understand that. The problem is that when all this was met, they refused to do business with us EVEN on a prepaid basis! Now we are talking about fuel needed for heating. Low temp of 18 degrees. I think Mike the owner is actually Scrooge in disguise. Merry Christmas!

On a contract for automatic refills. They billed my account but did not fill the tank. Was left with no heat for a guest staying in my Poconos house on the coldest day of the year and they refused to send someone out until Monday.
