I have had this service for several years now. I am very pleased with the service and the personnel that provide it. I pay my bill for the whole year, and the only question that I might ask is why such an increase in price. Last year the price of fuel was much higher than this year so far. My annual bill last year was $464/year. It increased to $521 this year. I understand that the inflation of goods and services has increased, but I was under the impression that the almighty Trump and his dream team was going to put a stop to this Great Depression! I guess I was wrong to think that?…

I have canceled my subscription on January 4th and I keep getting messages saying I owe 90 something dollars when I canceled my subscription they told me I owed 4 dollars and something which I paid at time of cancelation I'm gonna be really pissed if this is on my record that it isn't paid because I don't owe nothing.

i like the service except for 1 thing you will not come to my porch and get my trash.i am disabled personand i cant always fine someone to take my garbage out so then it sits in my house for a whole week until i can get someone, i dont know why you cant do this for me ? its in my front yard my porch. why cant you just back your truck up to my front porch and get my trash? thank-you

It's been 4 weeks since our trash has been picked up. Honestly, ifwe can find another company who services our area we're going to change.

The service is great and the employees I've met are also great.
We do need a cheaper alternative though, even if it meant us taking our garbage to the facility center in Pittsfield ourselves.

It would be nice to know the day before you reschedule the pick ups. Most already have the garbage out by the time we see the notice.

This company is horrible. 3 weeks and still no pick up. They keep saying due to weather even though weather is not bad. Our roads are not bad. We never had issues before! They will not credit my money because they say weather is beyond their control. They just sent me a text after 4pm today to put me off another week! This is ridiculous!

They took my recycle and left my garbage, and they rescheduled my garbage for the 27th.. what
am I supposed to do with all this garbage? And why aren't they crediting my account for missed pickups? Something has changed because they were great for 30 years and now all of a sudden their service sucks.
