I have going to Jim's Ziebart for the past 4 year for the undercoating of my pickup truck. I also had the bed of my truck lined a few years ago and it is performing well. Jim has great service with Fair prices. I highly recommend him.

Called and mad an appointment for a spray in bed liner for my truck. They explained what it does and does not do, made an appointment promptly and made the entire process very easy. This appears to be a high quality product and it was applied well. They warrant this work for the lifetime of the truck. I am overall happy with my experience here.

It all started when I called and asked about there undercoating service. I specifically asked do they clean the bottom of the vehicle before they spray the coating on, they said yes they pressure wash and grind down any rust with a grinding wheel, then I asked about bed lining and I had a plastic bed liner at the time, they said they would discard of the plastic bed liner. I thought this sounds like a good option so I got both the bed lining and the undercoating done. Upon picking up the vehicle and paying over 1500 for these services they said they won’t throw away the plastic bed liner and that I need to take it, mind you the spray in bed liner that they just did isn’t fully cured yet so how am I supposed to get rid of the plastic one when I can’t even put it in my truck. Further more when I got home I noticed overspray from the undercoating all over the sides of the truck and when I looked underneath I could clearly see where they didn’t pressure was and just sprayed overtop clumps of dirt. So I brought it back and told them what my issues with the service were and they said it was my fault for not cleaning it and that I can clean it and bring it back if I want. They are extremely unprofessional and just seem to care about the business not about the customer. They did not Cary out the services they said they would and where disrespectful when I told them about my issue. I would not recommend the company at all there are better options else wear.

They seem to do good work. I had an issue with my remote starter that they told me how to fix over the phone. It was in valley mode because of a series of step a mechanic did. They guarantee their work. The installer is friendly enough.
