Christina was AMAZING to deal with! She was helpful, knowledgeable and understood just what I was looking for in an engagement ring! The rest of the staff there were encouraging and applauded me on my choice, as well as were helpful in pointing me in a direction that went along with my idea of what I wanted.
The store itself had a great selection and was very clean and organized. Highly recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs!

I went in to pick out my wedding band, as this is where my husband got my engagement ring. Roslin was so nice and also so fun to work with! I had to wait a little for my husband to authorize the purchase on his card over the phone since he was at work. While we waited, Roslin and her coworker and I chatted and laughed and looked at several different options that were within our budget. They were both personable, professional and fun to work with! I love this location! Thanks for your help, ladies!

Unfortunately we have given Zales a lot of business over 20 years. We were told we could have things covered under a warranty only to find out that was not true, and one employee was very abrupt and rude. We had such a a good working relationship with this company for many many years, and it's actually hard to post this. It was a very unfortunate series of events that I will not put in detail. Please save you money, time, and frustration and shop locally. So very disappointed.
