Amazing service and best price for fixing the screen of my iPhone. I called in beforehand to ask for a quote, and even from there, the customer service was great. As I was paying for the fix, I didn't have enough change and he kindly just dropped the price. He was very efficient and worked fast to get my phone to me as fast as possible. He even gave me a free screen protector and free phone case, when I meant to pay for it.
Best experience I had ever and highly recommend it!

These guys are great!! VERY reliable and quick! Just to briefly tell you my story... my daughter and I both needed our screens fixed on our iPhones. I messaged them and they got back to me right away! I had to change my appt. a couple times and they were very accommodating! I drove to Pittsburgh by myself but I couldn't find the store, so I called and they told me where I could pull over and stay in my car and they would come out and get my phones. I was a bit leery because I was paying with cash... a man comes to my window, I handed a stranger both phones and cash.... Who does this right?? He said that he would be back in about 20 minutes. I sat there and thought what if I just got ripped off... My husband is going to kill me! Well, in about 25 minutes the phones were returned to me and the screens were perfect!!! Nothing to worry about!! I would recommend (and have already) recommended these guys to anyone looking to get their cracked screens fixed!! Thanks for the great job! By, the way, I'll be back because guess what? I dropped my phone and damn if I didn't crack the screen again!!! I know... I need to get an "armored" case for my clumsiness!!

Controlled ChaosEvery time I visit this place, it's very busy and there is a lot going on. I recently had a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with a damaged screen in desperate need of replacement. I had previously called several other phone repair shops, and to my surprise it would have made more sense just to replace the phone than to fix the screen. This place is part of Ninja Electronics shop. Parking around the area is difficult to find. But, they quoted me the best price. I could not give them five stars. I had to keep going back due to various problems with the screen replacement. I will say the staff was very friendly, but there were some problems with communication about conversations with different staff. I had to come back on six different occasions in dealing with my repairs. As frustrating as it seemed it did appear somewhat understandable. I was also accommodated due to these circumstances. Allen the technician did a good job. I would consider using them in the future based on pricing. But consider it might take time to get your product completely repaired.

I told them over the phone I had a tower computer that wouldn't boot. When I went in they told me they thought it was a laptop, but would still look at it and call me back within 2 hours. 2 days later I hadn't heard from them, and I went to the store. It was clear they hadn't touched it yet, and in fact they weren't clear what they were supposed to be doing (they didn't know it didn't boot, despite being told twice).
