Yetter’s Candy is family-owned and has been in business for several decades. The front of the business has racks of chocolates in flavors such as raisin, nut, coconut, cherry, peanut butter, potato chip, pretzel, etcetera. The business also sells some other businesses’ candy bars, candies, ice-cream sandwiches, and pierogies. The back of the business has a deli counter and booths. Customers may order sandwiches, soups, and ice creams. I bought four small boxes of chocolates. Two employees were courteous. I ate my chocolates at home, and they tasted very good.

Yetter's Candy is a family-owned and -operated candy maker and retail store that first opened several decades ago.Today was my first time visiting this store. My first thought was that the store did not sell many candies, but then I looked more closely at the shelves, and I saw many chocolates that looked tasty! I saw chocolate-covered almond barks, cashew barks, raisin clusters, peanut clusters, coconut clusters, nuts, buttercreams, cherries, turtles, caramels, peanut butters, potato chips, pretzels, etcetera. This store also offered other businesses' treats such as candy bars, tootsie rolls, licorice, gummies, ice cream sandwiches, and even pierogies. This store also had a small restaurant area with seats and booths. The menu listed sandwiches, soups, ice cream sodas, sundaes, and milkshakes. My husband wondered about the "braunschweiger" sandwich. I asked the two employees what braunschweiger was, and an employee replied that the meat is made out of liver, but the teenaged employees could not operate the meat-slicing machine. I selected four small containers of chocolate-covered turtles, cherries, raisins, and pretzels. The total price was $39. The employee processed my payment, put my chocolates in bags, and thanked me.At home, I ate the chocolates. The turtles did not appear to contain much caramel, but all of the chocolates tasted very good.

I ordered over the phone because I'm from the south and the sweetest lady answered the phone and patiently explained all the prices to me. Best chocolate I've ever had!!

One of the most wholesome stops I have ever made! I came here spontaneously while in Millvale for a festival, where I was welcomed by a friendly, family-like staff. I had a soup, a sandwich, and a dessert in this classic diner ambiance. I’d give this a 10/10 and would come back again!

This place is a hidden gem. Old school diner vibes but sparkling clean and truly cared for. They carry a variety of the hard to find candies at the prices we paid as kids which was very nostalgic. They also have homemade chocolates and chocolate covered twinkies!

I've been visiting Yetter's since I was little, it's always been one of the highlights of visiting my family. They always have the old-school candies in stock as well as plenty of delicious homemade chocolates and such. We still stop every time we visit, it's becoming one of my husband's favorite places as well.
