I moved and it's been almost a week and they keep cancelling my appointment without notifying me.

I went there and could not finalize the service. They charged me 25 dollars that they said that will give me back in 5 days. It was not true! They don't want to give my money back! And they is no way to talk to them, just loosing time and going to tge store.
