I have mixed feelings about this gym. On one hand, it is clean and new with nice equipment.On the other hand, the aesthetic and vibe of the gym is reminiscent of the 90’s and 2000s, and not in a good way. Before Halloween, I received a push notification from their app with an article listing popular candy types with how many calories each contained. Then, how much cardio you would need to burn off each candy. That seemed a bit strange to me, but I brushed it off. Then, earlier today, I received a push notification that said “Learn these tips to keep off holiday weight gain!”It is almost 2024. The mindset of meticulously counting calories and obsessing about the number on a scale is at least a decade outdated at this point. It is about balance and we all know that.A modern gym should be sending notifications about how to *feel* good, mentally and physically. Progress comes in many forms.Sending messages to your members about literal calorie intake and their weight is not contributing to improving their mental health. Get with the times.

Love the location and the majority of staff but not very found of “the Asian lady which might be the possible owner?” Not sure if she is or not but I do NOT like her skills to help out her customers. I am not going to get into details right now but if she reads this maybe she thinks about improving her skills and help the ones that pay the monthly fees without giving us nonsense.

Loveeeeee this gym it has great equipment that I love to use. Small and quiet around the time I go normally at night. The place is always clean. It’s a locked establishment you need your fob or phone tag to let you in. Cameras all around.

They said to come anytime & that I’d receive a barcode, just to have the doors locked when i got there & stood in the rain. Absolutely ridiculous

Very pleased after switching here from another location. All brand new equipment. Some Olympic style equipment. Staff is very responsive to make sure the gym has exactly what it’s guests need to get the workout they’re looking for.

Been coming here since early 2023. New equipment and very spacious. Not too busy either. Though seems like they stopped cleaning and re-racking equipment? Always need to take weights off machines. Mirrors covered in spit. Bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been mopped in weeks. I used to see a diligent worker always vacuuming or taking the mop bucket around. Taking a star off until they clean it up a bit.Edit: Went back today, place was cleaned up and vacuumed! Thanks for addressing this so quickly!

Don’t get their membership they are big scam. Once you got their membership they start charging you whatever they want to. And when trying to talk to them. They dun help you with that. Even they don’t reply your email. 8 of my known to canceling their membership.
