Made to feel like a criminal for returning an item even though I had the original receipt. Very poor and demeaning customer service. I would imagine this was because the sales associate recognized that I wasn’t from the socioeconomic demographic of their usual clientele.

This store at the Galleria mall in Mt Lebanon never stays open to its displayed hours. The mall closes st 9 on weekends, the stores hours is 8:00 pm and people close the door at 7. Today August 18th two ladies were in the store just looking st me and it was only 7:10! This happens a lot and meeds to stop.

Loved this store!! Very nice kitchenware...lots of unique items you won't see at WalMart. Felt a little out of my element but when we redo our kitchen, we will be going there for all new utensils, dishware and counter top appliances.

Always interesting merchandise. Prices are moderate to high, but all quality and unique. Love the layout and items in store. Convenient and plentiful parking at Galleria. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Store full of kitchen gadgets, tools, and somewhat uncommon ingredients. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and had answers to most of our questions. For those they don't, they admitted it, and went to look them up.Prices are up there though, so look for sales before shopping.

This visit of many wasnt fruitful. They were sold out of my dinner plates I had plan on using for Thanksgiving. I broke one and wanted to replace it. Hopefully they will still have the pattern next year.
