Has issues in the pharmacy. They don't even pick up their phones! I went to pickup medication and there was no one there, the pharmacy claims to close at 9 but that's a lie, go earlier than 7 since there's no guarantee people will be there later. I've gone to rite aid after trying to call and found the pharmacy closed and this has happened 3 times across different Rite aids, they don't announce it or even send a text about short staffing or early closing hours. No matter how often you call you won't be able to reach someone to know if they're even in stock on a certain medication, much less if they actually completed a refill. For this Rite Aid the person left around 7:30 and the pharmacy is supposed to close at 9. They need to either change their hours or staff more people. For now I'm looking to change my medication place though. I'm done with this.Edit: Today I came in at 7:18 and though there's a pharmacist inside it seems they closed at 6. I'm not picking up medicine for my husband, I'm picking up for myself. If Rite Aid customer service is genuinely interested in helping then hire more pharmacists and pay them a fair wage, other than that there's nothing to do. For me I simply need to change my pharmacy.

Big line of people waiting on refills they called in days ago, including me. They said they called my name over and over but they were still getting through a line of 6-7 people and I was right by the counter and heard nothing.

This place needs more workers and they should be ashamed of themselves. They shut their phones off so customers can't call to check on medications and they aren't ordering medications in time. I put an order in on a Tuesday for a medication that I had to have by Saturday. The automated system told me it would be ready the following day but i did get a text saying it had to be ordered so normally that tells me it would be in on the next business days. Saturday comes and no refills ready and no one will answer phone ALLL MORNING so i had to drive down there. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged and there were no customers at that time inside. The boy that waited on me asked me for my dob 4 times over the span of 45 mins that they made me sit in the drive thru with 5 cars behind me that left because they were so mad about waiting. Also I AM ALWAYS told by every rite employee NOT to say the year of my DoB just the day and the month and this boy was telling me i had to give the year, not a huge deal but not consistent with the way i have been told to say my DoB everytime I've been there for the past 10 years or so. Plus i was on a loud speaker and anyone inside the store could hear me say my name and full DOB which i don't like with all the fraud and scams going on now a days. The boy was very polite but the only other employee there the Pharmacist who waited on 6 other customers inside before filling my script like i was told that's what i was waiting for and then proceeded to take someone back to room for a flu shot and stood there clearly seen talking and laughing for FIFTEEN MINS with that customer while she had myself , 5 cars behind me leaving and a line of customers inside. This is just UNACCEPTABLE! Now when i was there i told them the prescription that had been called in by my doctor on that Friday (mind you it's Saturday) that I HAVE TO HAVE my script by Monday no later because the type of meds it was i can't go without. Well it's Tuesday morning and i still have no script. I'm about to call so let's see if their phones are on or if they are ignoring every customer today. This business needs AT LEAST 3-4 employees behind the counter because it is one of the busier locations. This is peoples MEDICINES SOME LIFE THREATENING IF THEY DONT HAVE IT!!!
